We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment is very good, spacious, with good furniture and a detail for the sofa that is super comfortable! It is well located, the building is good and there are 3 parking spaces, a rare thing in CF. Mariane was super helpful and willing to meet all our needs. We'll be back for sure!

We had an excellent stay! The apartment is great, spacious, well equipped in the kitchen and everything was clean. "The view is incredible!!!!! The only point was the flushing of the bathroom from the suite, which was not working well, but as there is a social bathroom, it didn't bring us any discomfort. Communication with Heitor was easy and quick — I had to change the date urgently and he was very helpful. Adriano, who received us, was also super friendly. Without a doubt, if I return to Arraial, I want to stay there again!

The apartment is gorgeous, well decorated with two smartvs and several amenities. Arrival instructions are clear. The condominium is excellent, with a beautiful pool. The porter is helpful and nice. It was a great experience for my family.

Nearby there is everything, from supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, not to mention that Dunas beach is about 3 minutes away, Forte beach is also easily accessible, we also went to Pontal beach and Prainha in Arraial do Cabo, it was less than 30 minutes by car, we also went to Peró beach and Conchas beach, it is less than 30 minutes by car, we also went to Ilha do Japonês, in short everything nearby, easy to find Uber and iFood. I can say that we felt at home. Everything that was advertised was in agreement. The apartment is great, everything is very clean, it has everything we need in the kitchen, bed linen, bath. It has beach chairs and umbrellas. Bedroom closet and dresser that fits all the clothes we brought. A delightful balcony overlooking the main avenue. All nearby commerce and the beach are just a step away from the apartment. The building staff always request, giving all the information we want with politeness and promptness. As for Michele, a lovely hostess, concerned with our well-being, always asking if we needed anything. I highly recommend it, everything was perfect. We thank Michele for all the attention. We'll be back soon.

An incredible place, we were received in a sensational way, everything was clean and tidy. Wonderful location with a perfect breathtaking view. The place has a space with a pool and an incredible barbecue to have that quality time with the family. I highly recommend it and it's worth every penny paid.

Lydia's house is a spectacle! Wonderful place, quiet and with a surreal view. The house was impeccable and had countless kitchen utensils at our disposal. The rooms are very pleasant and comfortable, the pool gets a lot of sun, and at night the lights in the tree make all the difference, a total charm. I highly recommend it! Very cozy house! Everything is very clean and well cared for, you can see that the house is well cared for. There is a beach at the end of the street that is practically private, the place is very quiet, there is a town nearby (Monte Alto) where there are markets, a bakery, shops, to buy everything you need. Great experience! I highly recommend it, and I can't wait to visit again.

Great location, close to all the best beaches. Beautiful house. The upstairs rooms are more comfortable, the bottom room has access via stairs. The electric shower of the lower bedroom was broken but was promptly repaired (resistance change). A Rute that served us is a special and talented person, it was a pleasure to live with her and try her recipes, including a delicious moqueca! I think the space is worth it but do not wait for super luxury, but rather a clean and functional house with an extraordinary view.

The apartment was impeccable, everything as in the publication. It is located in the center facing the sea and you have all the businesses nearby. The view is beautiful. What I didn't know is that it had so many stairs, 7 floors, which was a bit uncomfortable for me, but then everything was perfect.

Since our first contact with Tiago and later with Renata, we were extremely well oriented and welcomed. It was our first trip with our baby and Renata was super empathic and helped us with her experience and brought safety. The accuracy of the ad, the quiet days in the condominium, the good cost-effectiveness of the restaurant and the excellent cleanliness of the Apt made all the difference. We did not cook, but I noticed enough items to do what is necessary for a couple and up to 2 children. After our great experience, we highly recommend hosting Renata and Tiago. And that if you're afraid to travel with your children, especially babies, count on them for unforgettable family days.

Wow. What a great place to stay. The view from the balcony is hard to beat. So beautiful. We witnessed whales jumping out of the water multiple times during our 5 night stay. The apartment itself is well appointed. The bathrooms are clean and nice. The kitchen is well appointed. The pristine beach is a short walk away. The hosts are helpful and attentive. We loved the apartment, very nice view, very complete, everything it offered, the beautiful pool. We had a problem, but we were able to solve it with the owner of the place who was complaining about some scratches on the TVs. I am convinced that we didn't do it because we hadn't even plugged in the one in the room because we didn't use it. But then, luckily, she was able to find out that it had been another guest or the cleaning staff. And I was more relaxed. The only thing to add is that the location is wrong on Google Maps. When you put the address, it marks it in the center of Rua das Pedras, and it's almost at Praia dos Osos. It happened when I arrived and when I called the Uber to take us. Maybe we should fix that.
