Bright house with a large 48m2 living space. South facing terrace. The beach is a 10-minute walk and the city center is 200 m away. Jard sur mer is a lovely little town with its marina and forest. In July and August, rental is for a minimum of 7 nights Possibility of two additional people in the 27 m² fully equipped studio adjoining the house (kitchen, dishes, shower, toilet) Extra charge for the studio per night April/May: 40€ June: 45€ July / August: 50€

Stone duplex full of charm and authenticity

In a typical Vendée housing complex, this 25 m2 duplex is ideally located in the city center, in the heart of the pedestrian area and about 500 meters from the waterfront, the beach and the port. This family complex is also the main residence of Mado, my mother, who is always maintaining her garden. Our houses face the "Maison du Bout de la Mer", one of the most authentic in Jard, and are arranged on either side of a garden forming an inner courtyard.

Our favorite: beaches, forests, marina and shops within walking or cycling distance, with: bakeries, pastry shops, caterer, butcher, wine cellar, newsstand, hairdresser, cinema, ready-to-wear shop, the advantage of having everything nearby, less than 3 minutes' walk! Rest and relaxation await! A 3-star cottage for your comfort!

Sea view apartment, for 2 adults.

Ideally located south-facing accommodation facing the sea and 5 minutes from the shops in the pedestrian street, 100 m from the beach as well as the marina. Renovated, everything is new. The apartment must be returned as clean as on arrival. You are asked to clean before your departure. It has a separate bedroom with a 140 cm bed with 200 X 240 duvet. Linens, towels and bath towels are provided.

Village cottage near ocean and shops

I offer guests a cottage attached to my primary residence. Access through a gate is shared. The private entrance gives you access to the cottage. The property is in the village of Jard-sur-Mer. You have access to all shops within 100 meters. The beach is 1 km away. Meals can be enjoyed and long naps can be taken outside out of sight Garden table, chairs and BBQ are at your disposal
