Situé au rez de chaussée de la villa ( rez de piscine) il est dans une villa .Dans une propriété clôturée, vous gouterez l'air marin, les écureuils dans les sapins ainsi que la commodité d'un bourg actif avec son port, ses commerces, bars .. Vous apprécierez mon logement pour sa situation , son confort et son calme avec aussi le bruit de la mer!

Linens, towels and bath towels are provided.

I offer guests a cottage attached to my primary residence. Access through a gate is shared. The private entrance gives you access to the cottage. The property is in the village of Jard-sur-Mer. You have access to all shops within 100 meters. The beach is 1 km away. Meals can be enjoyed and long naps can be taken outside out of sight Garden table, chairs and BBQ are at your disposal
