Stay from June 6 to 9, 2025. Beautiful peaceful place and not overlooked. Close to the beach and close to the forest, offering superb walks. House faithful to the description and the reviews correspond exactly to what we found with extremely friendly, available and caring hosts. Very nice quiet location in the village of Loix. Beautiful house with all comforts, decorated with great taste. The property is a 5-minute walk from a bike rental shop, so it's perfect for touring the island. I recommend it!

Beautiful and very pleasant house. Everything was great, the bedding, the amenities, the location and the calm. And Marie Christine was very thoughtful (decorated fir tree and well heated house for our arrival). We highly recommend this rental!

Very good stay in La Flotte at Nicolas's, house very well located near shops, the market, the port and the beach. The house is not large but very well equipped for 4, we enjoyed having a bathroom for each bedroom and the large living room is also very pleasant. The garage is also very practical and the courtyard is ideal for storing bicycles and for an outdoor meal. The beds are made on arrival and the table is set, it's rare and appreciated! Thank you to Nicolas for his kind intentions and for his responsiveness, very good communication too. Go there with your eyes closed. 🤗

We spent 3 nights in the accommodation. This stay was very pleasant, we were able to enjoy the spa. The host is very friendly and accessible. The city is pleasant (activities, many shops, a beach accessible to dogs, medieval castle, nature area for walking...). However, we stayed with our dog and it was a little awkward in the sense that the accommodation, being semi-private with a small patch of grass, was not fully fenced. Our dog was able to pass through the bushes and ended up on the road, fortunately our dog is not a runaway. This is the only downside. Apart from that, the stay was very pleasant, we recommend it.

Excellent location: The accommodation is very clean and functional. Dominique is welcoming and accommodating. Special mention to the bedding of great comfort. Ideally located, the residence is very pleasant, Saint Martin en Ré is a charming village. I highly recommend it.

The house is absolutely in line with the listing. All the comforts are there to accommodate a family or friends (kitchen equipment, games and accessories for children, barbecue and smoker). The land is beautiful, very well maintained by Cathy and her husband. In addition, Cathy was very welcoming, attentive, sharing, always ready to answer the slightest question with a smile and the utmost precision. And finally, a big thank you to her for the afternoon spent gently removing splinters from our little Eden's hand. We'll be back for sure!

A very nice weekend spent with the family at Franck's, who welcomed me with a smile.😊 28-degree swimming pool, very nice. We spent our entire weekend enjoying the garden , pool , terrace and of course the plancha. It has everything you need to have a good time. Happy hosting and maybe see you next time.😃

Ile de Ré is definitely an expensive destination, but well worth it! I recommend visiting outside of August if possible, as it can be quite busy and prices tend to be higher. We were very lucky with the weather during our stay — it was unusually hot and humid. Keep in mind that the house does not have air conditioning or fans. I mentioned this to Didier, the fabulous host, and he has since purchased fans for the house, which is much appreciated! The location is perfect for families and friends, allowing everyone to enjoy their preferred activities: biking, relaxing at the beach, or shopping in the charming local stores of La Couarde.

Great apartment with great views, a large pool is located in the complex, the private secure parking is worth a lot. Elisabeth was always reachable. Most restaurants on this side of the harbor are about 15 minutes' walk away. You can easily take a ferry to the other side in just a few minutes for €1.10 per trip or €3 for a day ticket with unlimited trips.

Amazing accommodation, I came to spend a weekend with family (7 people) and it was perfect! We didn't step on each other's toes because the accommodation is very large. The pool was super well maintained, the neighborhood was quiet and discreet. I recommend it 100%, I would come back. A big thank you to Anthony for this beautiful accommodation and his kindness. The hot tub is a real plus, we enjoyed it after our walks in the sands of olonne. A pleasant family weekend, not far from the beaches and shops, not very far on foot either. There is everything you need for a baby, very practical.

Excellent stay of a few days at Isabelle's. The accommodation perfectly matched the description, very pleasant, clean. Isabelle is a very friendly and accommodating host (telephone exchanges). I will come back without hesitation!

We knew the residence and we love it. The house and its garden are perfect, everything is there for a relaxing holiday in a quiet setting and very close to the sea. The bathing beach is 10 minutes by bike. We will come back to it without hesitation!

We had a perfect short stay in Christelle's apartment. The setting is beautiful, quiet and green, with a very beautiful view of the golf course from the terrace. The apartment is very nice, bright, clean and perfectly equipped, ideal for relaxing. Christelle was a welcoming and responsive host. We highly recommend this address and would not hesitate to return!

The garden with its terrace is pleasant and perfectly enclosed (very nice when you have a dog). And most importantly, proximity to the beach and forest is a real plus!
