Situé au rez de chaussée de la villa ( rez de piscine) il est dans une villa .Dans une propriété clôturée, vous gouterez l'air marin, les écureuils dans les sapins ainsi que la commodité d'un bourg actif avec son port, ses commerces, bars ..
