It is located on the ground floor of the villa (ground floor of the pool). In a fenced property, you will enjoy the sea air, the squirrels in the fir trees as well as the convenience of an active village with its harbor and shops. You'll love my place because of its location, its comfort and its calm.

For a real vacation

This house is our vacation home, we have a great time with our 3 children and we would like it to accommodate travelers passing through the Atlantic coast... The house is nicely located, 5 minutes from the beach and the city center. It is at the end of a cul-de-sac, very quiet. All errands can be accomplished on foot or by bike. The 400 m2 garden is enclosed and wooded. There's a parking spot. Ideal for a stay for families or groups of friends.

This building has been built in XVIII century and overlook the Vieux Port. With its three bedrooms and two bathrooms it allow six people to enjoy very comfortably their stay in la Rochelle. Its exceptional situation made it very convenient for going out to a bar or restaurants very near by or to cook products you have bought a the fresh market (open daily). No need for a car to visit and enjoy La Rochelle from this place.

We are 20 minutes from Les Sables d 'Olonnes, 50 minutes from La Rochelle and 1 hour of the madman's puy. We are also close to the bike path " ODYSSEA"
