Hi. This is studio36. It is cool in summer, without air conditioning. A 20 m2 studio converted in the garage of my house, in a very quiet neighborhood. Comfortable, warm and quiet, it opens onto a private terrace where you can enjoy your meals in the company of two turtles. The bedroom and office are separate from the kitchen, shower and toilet. Furnished studio with an 18 m² room including double bed, cloakroom and kitchenette plus private toilet and bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, Tassimo coffee maker, toaster, gas stove, cabinet with dishes, table with 2 chairs and TV (sheets and towels provided). Access to the studio is private (without passing through the main house) with a shaded area for a vehicle. there are steps to get into the home.

The cottage overlooks and accesses the river, where swimming is possible. The hamlet is very peaceful, and the water is a great place to relax! A walk can be enjoyed from the cottage, along a path along the Vienne River. You can reach Chauvigny on foot or by bike along the trails. There are a few chickens on the grounds. Nightly rate: €52 without sheets + €8 sheets to be paid in advance if needed.
