Wir waren zum 2. Mal in der Wohnung von Valentino und sind wieder begeistert 🤩! Der Blick auf den Kanal ist 👌🏼! Die Beschreibung der Wohnung stimmt, der Glaskasten ist in echt allerdings noch viel besser! Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, sogar Kaffee, Marmelade usw. sind vorhanden. Um die Ecke ist ein Supermarkt. Mit den Vaporetti kommt man sehr gut überall hin. Wer nach Venedig reist muss wissen, dass man nicht bis vor die Tür fahren kann und Treppen an Brücken hoch und runter steigen muss, auch mit Gepäck. Die Kommunikation lief super, vielen Dank, Priscilla und Valentino! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Luciano war immer erreichbar und nett. Die Wohnung ist direkt am Strand, richtig toll. Für kleine Familie ist die Wohnung völlig ausreichend, schöner Balkon und ruhige Lage. Viele Grüße Hilal

This place is amazing! Views were fantastic and the pictures cannot do them justice. I like that it is out of the way a bit. Felt very private, but still close enough to walk to all the sites. Ilaria and her husband were great and gave really good recommendations on restaurants throughout the city. They even give an easy to follow guide book. Completely worth the price!

This had all the amenities of a home with the feel of a hotel. The linens smelled nice. The a/c worked well. There were small touches around the home to make us feel welcome. The neighborhood was busy but it never disturbed us. Highly recommend this home. I’m so glad our family of 4 booked this Airbnb.

Marc and Elizabeth’s space is spacious and beautiful. The kitchen and bathrooms are tidy and well equipped, and the beds are comfortable for sure, but the inspiring design is what should compel you to book. All the details make it feel very special from the terrazzo floors, to the textiles, to the thoughtful lighting. My teenaged sons will forever remember lounging in that gorgeous living room, playing chess while Gilberto Gil and John Coltrane play softly on CD in the background. Cannaregio is a perfect place to stay — away from the most crowded areas but still accessible to everything . For reference, we were able to walk to the Maritime museum on the opposite side of Venice in 30 minutes. Elizabeth was kind and her dining recommendations were spot on.

In the mornings we would open the doors overlooking the Rio de la Pleta (one of the most beautiful canals in Castello) and watch Venice slowly come to life, boats drifting by to start the rhythm of daily life. It’s a special privilege to see this real side of Venice, away from the tourist hordes in San Marco and Rialto. The place is just as described in the photos. Elegant, beautiful, bright but also functional. Felt like I was living in a movie set. Don’t pass on this one.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war sauber, gut ausgestattet und liegt in idealer Lage – nur wenige Schritte vom Strand entfernt. Beatrice war jederzeit freundlich, hilfsbereit und gut erreichbar. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank!

A beautiful place to stay in Venice with beautiful canal view. Free and far away from tourists and feels so peaceful early mornings and late evenings. The apartment is in 4th floor, the view from the top is breath taking. Host replied to my messages promptly. Highly recommend.

If this flat is available for your time frame, don’t hesitate. Possibly the best place I ever rented. Excellent location, pristinely clean, Great beds. Carlo went above and beyond to show us are surrounding area and highlights. Take his advice on the bakery and restaurant. So happy we were able to experience this place. I would go back. Thanks

Beautiful view and right next to Farragona water/boat taxi. The hostess was wonderful- flexible with our check-in/out. Easy to communicate. The apartment is spacious and clean. We always felt safe. It is a more quiet area and that was just what I was hoping - peaceful and relaxing.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans la maison de Marco. Elle est très agréable, le jardin privatif est un plus très appréciable, la maison est très bien entretenue, bien agencée, et très propre. Le quartier est beaucoup plus calme que les quartiers plus touristiques que l’on rejoint facilement à pied ou en bateau. Irene qui a été notre contact pendant notre séjour a été très à l’écoute de nos demandes et nous a renseignés à chaque fois avec beaucoup de réactivité et d’efficacité. Nous avons vraiment apprécié séjourner à Venise dans ce quartier et dans la maison de Marco.

Superbe emplacement pour visiter Venise et ces alentours ! hôtes disponible et réactif. appartement facile d'accès.Le calme est très appréciable pour profiter de l'extérieur ! Venise est facile d'accès par le bateau ! Murano est relié directement à l'aéroport par la navette (bateau). Restaurant très sympa à proximité...bref l'idéal pour visiter Venise et être au calme le soir!

Our stay exceeded expectations – the accommodation was even nicer than in the photos, clean, and very comfortable. The location was perfect: close to shops, bars, and restaurants, yet quiet enough to relax and get a good night’s sleep. We really enjoyed our time here and would happily come back:)

Die Unterkunft war einfach zu finden, der Check in problemlos. Die Lage ist sehr gut, etwas ruhiger abseits aber nur 10 Minuten von den Sehenswürdigkeiten entfernt. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön, es gibt nette Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Den Kindern (11 und 13) hat es sehr gut gefallen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt un kommen gerne wieder.

In general, it's a great option for mass groups, especially if you're traveling with your significant other. -The house was clean -It was as romantic as they say -Getting to most places was incredibly easy -The host and community were very kind and ready to help -And so many more things that wouldn't fit if I wrote 😅 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟I think it deserves five stars to the fullest

Everything was super. It is close to the beach and to the shops/restaurants, we got sun-umbrella, Caribe Bay is a few mins walk only. Luisa is very kind and helped us to have a wonderful vacation.

Not only is the apartment beautiful, comfortable, and clean, Beatrice went above and beyond any AirBnB host I’ve ever had by meeting us at the vaporetto stop, walking with us the five minutes to the apartment, and giving us an overview of the apartment, nearby shops and restaurants, and things to do in Venice. She was available to answer questions throughout our stay and provided helpful info about getting around town. She was so friendly she made us feel very much at home. Would DEFINITELY stay here again!

Bruno was so friendly and helpful and the view from the window of the living room is a real winner! Walkable to the Basilca and Doges Palace. Recommend this place highly.

Watersdoor was the highlight of our Italian honeymoon! At the start of our stay, Maria and her daughter were very friendly and greeted us to show us the way to the condo. Upon our arrival, the candles, mini bottle of champagne, and rose petals were such nice touches. The condo is beautifully decorated, clean, and has all that you need for a stay in Venice. The washer/dryer came in handy as well! Maria provided excellent recommendations (e.g., restaurants, transportation suggestions, sights, special events in the area, etc.) throughout our trip. Maria made our honeymoon a memorable experience and we are very grateful!!

Monica and Alessandro’s place exceeded our expectations even with the great photos and amenities. One of the best rentals we have ever stayed at for a family of four. Very clean, spacious, and comfortable (+ great AC). A lovely private rooftop terrace overlooking the unique Venice cityscape. You could not ask for a better location for visiting Venice. We walked to the majority of our sightseeing destinations. Even so, a water taxi is just a few minutes away to see the rest of Venice which made for fun and easy excursions. We really appreciated Alessandro meeting us personally upon our arrival, helping to get us checked in, and explaining some of the rich history associated with the apartment that made our trip even more immersive. We also appreciated that Monica arranged our transfers from the train station when we arrived and then to the airport at departure. They were super responsive throughout our trip. Our group of five had a fantastic stay in Venice. Pietro was very helpful with arranging water taxis for us so we were able to be dropped off right at the balcony of the Airbnb. There are great restaurants nearby and it’s easy to walk to the Rialto Bridge and St. Mark’s square. Would definitely stay here again!

Un bel appartement dans un petit immeuble que vous serez seul à occuper. L’appartement est agréable, lumineux, bien aménagé, décoré et équipé. Le lieu est parfaitement calme pourtant situé au cœur du quartier touristique de cannaregio. Marta est disponible est très arrangeante

Silvia was the most helpful and responsive host I've ever had, and I've stayed at many Airbnb places. Her apartment was absolutely pristine - you could literally eat your dinner off the floor! - and so bright and airy. There was plenty of room, and lots of closet and storage space. The views were wonderful, and there was such a sense of spaciousness and light, which can be hard to find in Venice. AC was included and was very effective. Silvia sent us lots of recommendations for secret, untouristy spots known only to locals, which were all brilliant, and she was so quick to respond and so keen to go out of her way to help. The only tiny drawback is that there is no elevator and six flights of stairs, but it was the perfect excuse to work off that pasta! The Canareggio area of Venice is the least touristy and yet so close to everything - this really was the perfect place to stay. Highly recommend!
