Holiday houses in Jizera Mountains

Juliana's tiny house enchanted us. Everything was exactly as described and easy to handle. Juliana is a very nice hostess and it is really generous of her to share her little paradise. Everything was very clean and maintained. Ponikla is a quiet place where the old mountain farmhouses are scattered like a patchwork quilt, with meadows full of daisies and bellflowers in between, where the crickets chirp. If you love peace and quiet, like nature and want to learn something about the old tradition of glass bead jewelry, you've come to the right place. Rautis is the last traditional manufacturer of blown glass beads and offers guided tours of the factory and a sales room. We would happily come back.

I recommend this excellent remote spot located a few minutes outside of Lázně Bělohrad (absolutely lovely town). lots of greenery, quiet, forest nearby with great hiking routes. The tiny house is comfortable and well-equipped for a couple days. smooth communication.

We went on bikes to Tanvald and had a great stay at the timbered house. The cottage is nicely renovated, clean and offered perfect facilities for our bike tours. We appreciated being able to lock the bikes in the closet for the night. Mr. Ondřej was as accommodating as we arrived and advised us in planning the route. We'd love to come back.

We had a great time at the house. There were four of us and we found the available space to be generous. The house is modernly decorated and especially the good equipment of the kitchen is to be highlighted. Access with a door code was straightforward and all rooms were clean. The house is in a small cottage settlement accessible via a narrow road - but this should not be a challenge for cars of any size. Once in the house, you will find total peace and quiet, which invites you to relax. Immediately from the house you can leave for beautiful hikes or explore the surroundings by car, it is very worthwhile. Veronika was available and contacted me in time before arrival and departure to send me all the important information and was very friendly. We felt completely comfortable and would come back anytime.

We had the most beautiful time. It’s such a lovely, carefully done place and one can see P and her husband are putting in a lot of love into the place. The appartment faces a a big green valley and we sighted many deers and birds 🦅 Was calm and peaceful and we would come again!

We were 4 girls visiting this lovely cottage in the Jizerské Mountains and absolutely loved it! The living room and kitchen were even cozier and more beautiful than in the photos. The host was very friendly and responsive - there’s a CZK 5,000 deposit, so you’ll meet him for check-in and check-out. He built the place himself, and you can feel how proud he is of it. One sauna session is included in the price of accommodation, and any additional sessions are for CZK 800. The sauna is hot and relaxing, and the little cooling pond is amazing. It’s shared with a smaller cottage next door, so you have to book in advance (we were lucky and had it all to ourselves). Soft bathrobes and sheets for the sauna are provided. The beds and pillows were comfy - maybe a bit soft, but we didn’t mind. Everything was spotless, and the kitchen was fully equipped. We weren’t sure if the microwave also worked as an oven, but that was the only thing we couldn’t figure out. We loved the place.

A wonderful tree house, especially the tranquility of the forest and the chirping of the birds. The house is modern, chic and yet cozy. The fact that another tree house is being built next door did not bother me, because since the house is very well insulated, no noise could be heard. Hearing the rain on the roof in the bedroom was a wonderful experience. In the area, I could enjoy the forest and the view over the mountains. In the small town, you can shop without problems and it is within walking distance. The forests and small rivers nearby are really beautiful. A great time out and you don't have to do without anything. Great!

The place was beautiful, in a nice place. We went to relax and for us it was a great choice. Highly recommended.❤️
