Experience the perfect holiday in a house just for you! On a large plot of 5400 m², a beautiful fenced garden awaits you, equipped with garden furniture, a grill (only in the summer season) and a trampoline for your children. Inside the house you will find 5 comfortable bedrooms, a large living room with a foosball table and a fully equipped kitchen. Table tennis is available in the garage for your entertainment. Enjoy swimming in the pond right next to the house, which is just for you. In winter, we recommend snow chains. Parking is possible behind the fence or in the garage.

Private room - small attic apartment with private entrance from the hallway (33m2) hallway and staircase shared with the owners of the house. Kitchen equipment - fridge, microwave, ceramic double cooker, kettle, toaster, sink and washbasin. Car parking in front of the house in a quiet street. Location of the house - to the city center about 15 minutes walk, public transport about 300 meters. Possibility of sitting in the garden under the pergola, meat preparation on a gas grill, use of granite stone or smokehouse (when staying for 2 or more nights).

Contactless arrival, fenced garden (pets welcome), fireplace, terrace, charcoal grill, fireplace, toilet, refrigerator, hot tub. Nearby there is a ski slope, pond, lookout tower, restaurant, shop. An ideal starting point to the Jizera Mountains and the Bohemian Paradise. Shower is only summer, outdoor. Hot water is only on sunny days. The whirlpool is in operation all year round free of charge from 7 pm to 8 pm. Time can be changed as guests need. The hot tub is in the second garden, which is reserved for guests at the time.

Our 3 holiday mountain lodges are directly located in the giant mountains of poland - in the middle of 2 ski areas Szklarska Poreba & Karpacz. Perfect for hiking, wintersports & nature fans. For that our lodges are perfect prepared with ski wardrobe, shoe dryer, infrared Sauna, hottub, Terrace & private parking space. Chalupa se nachází v Jindřichově, v kouzelné oblasti Jizerských hor a je z obou stran obklopena lesy. Naproti je přírodní koupaliště a krásnou procházkou lze vyjít na rozhlednu Bramberk. První zmínky o stavení jsou z roku 1824, ale možná tu stojí ještě déle. My jsme tu strávili nezapomenutelné dětství, hledali skleněné poklady, sbírali borůvky, houby, lovili čolky a stavěli přehrady v potoce. Chalupu jsme nyní zrekonstruovali a chtěli bychom se s vámi podělit o krásnou atmosféru tohoto místa.
