Welcome to our centrally located vacation home in Rülzheim in the heart of the Southern Palatinate! Rülzheim is characterized above all by its central location in the middle of Karlsruhe, Landau and Speyer as well as its proximity to Alsace, the wine route and the Palatinate Forest. Rülzheim itself has all the necessary shops, banks, doctors, cafés and restaurants. In the local recreation area there is also the Alla-Hopp facility and a beautiful swimming lake. An ideal starting point for many beautiful activities!

Our vacation home in Burrweiler is located on the edge of the Palatinate Forest on the Southern Wine Route in the middle of the chestnut forest on the Teufelsberg, at an altitude of 355 m, below the St. Anna Chapel. On the 1250 m² fenced forest property there is a viewing area with a distant view of the Rhine plain, a patio made of old oak trunks and a picnic bench. Die Wohnung bietet ein großes Schlafzimmer mit Arbeitsplatz und eine große Küche mit kleiner Küchenzeile, einen Esstisch und eine kleine Schlafcouch in der Küche, die aber auch ins Schlafzimmer gestellt werden kann. A small (approx. 45 square meters) but nice attic apartment on the second floor. Quiet, non-smoking apartment in a two-family home. From two nights, €60 per night for up to two people, each additional person €10 per night (max. Occupancy 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children on the sofa bed). Long-term rental on request. Hand/bath towels are provided and are changed once a week. Bed linen, dishtowels at no extra charge. In the courtyard there is a table with chairs.

Whether hiking in the Palatinate, a few days of wellness or the tranquility of nature right outside the front door - a lot can be combined in this accommodation. The pool is particularly popular with our guests as it provides refreshment after sauna and walks. Privacy is also particularly appreciated, as both the pool and sauna and garden are available for exclusive use. The pool can be used all year round, but is not heated. A hot tub is not available.
