Villa Myyry is a cozy and well-equipped villa on the shores of Lake Pielisjoki in the village of Paihola, Kontiolahti. The villa has 77 m downstairs and a large loft. The location is in a quiet rural environment.  The driveway is right up to the door and there is plenty of parking space in the yard. Allergy-friendly, pets are prohibited. You can access the cycling trail directly from the yard or go snowshoeing on the ice of Pielisjoki. The ski resort Kontiolahti Biathlon is about 10 km away. The landlord lives next door.

Alapihan Arboretum guest house with sauna

Cozy guest house and sauna in a wild tree species park. There are about 250 different species of woody trees and shrubs in the two-hectare area. The trees were planted in 1970 and form their own microclimate, where the air is clean and good to breathe. The area is still partly in its natural state and renovation is being done in the area. For those interested, we will be happy to introduce the arboretums during the visit. The household includes two Lapphunds, a cat, a rooster and 6 hens. Breakfast available

Olohuoneessa takkauuni, vuodesohva, sänky, keinutuoli, televisio. Makuuhuoneessa 2kpl. 80cm. sänkyä. Vaatekaappi, iso peili, takkauuni. Yläkerrassa huone 2 sänkyä, kirjastohuone jossa on satoja kirjoja. Koiratarha jossa koirankoppi Tynnyrisauna Vesi tulee porakaivosta. Sisällä sähkösauna ja suihku.

Retro apartment in Rintamamiestalo

Tämä Rintamamistalon huoneisto huokuu rauhaa ja hiljaisuutta. Torille matkaa n. 1,5 km ja yliopistolle n. 1 km. Huoneistossa on ilmalämpöpumppu, sähköpatterit sekä kaksi pönttöuunia lämmönlähteenä. Alakerrasta löytyy reippaan kokoinen sauna, joka lämpiää perinteisellä Aito puukiukaalla. Lisäksi alakerrasta löytyy reippaan kokoinen suihkutila, wc ja kodinhoitohuone kaikin mukavuuksin. Huoneiston läheltä kulkee hoidettu hiihtolatu. Kohteeseen on helppo tulla ja pysäköinti on maksutonta!!

A two-bedroom house (75 m2) 60 metres from the lake and a sauna cottage 20 metres from the shore of lake Viinijärvi, in Polvijärvi, in very beautiful surroundings, 25 minutes by car from the centre of Joensuu. The house is well equipped and beautifully furnished. The kitchen has a dishwasher and TV. The bathroom also contains an infrared sauna, but there is also a wood heated sauna by the lake. The price contains bed linen, towels ,coffee, tea, oil etc.

Kuohu - sauna cabin on the shore of a rapid

Kuohu is an atmospheric, warm sauna cottage built in 2015 on the banks of a small river. In the noise of the rapids, you can relax in the sauna, barbecue or campfire. The cottage is located along a small sandy road, completely in its own peace. Koli National Park is about a 30-minute drive, Höytiäinen beach is just over 2km away. We rent canoes and have picnic packages with local products.

Relax with your friends or family in this pittoresque Finnish cottage with a sauna. There is also a rowing boat free to use and to fish. In the hammock you can have a good nap in the sunshine. There is a big patio to have a grill feast and enjoy summer. Great routes for hiking and mointain biking. If you want I can arrange a tub for your stay for extra cost. Please ask for availability.

A beach cottage in a great location on the shores of the clear-watered and fish-filled Höytiäinen. Close to the golf course, a wide range of outdoor activities in both summer and winter. Ski trail next to it. 50 km to Koli, 20 km to Joensuu. 8 km to the center of Kontiolahti. In Kontiolahti, there is a lively harbor in the summer, with a café and activities on weekends.
