You'll definitely enjoy this apartment for a longer period of time. The 62-square-meter triangle, which was renovated in July 2023, is located in the grid plan area of Joensuu, which is a short walk to both the university and the services of the city center. The apartment is located on the fourth floor of the elevator building. Amenities include a glazed balcony, an electric fireplace and fan lamp in the living room, a 55-inch smart TV, internet and a washing machine. For the smaller ones in the family, there's a travel cot, a potty, and toys.

Villa Myyry is a cozy and well-equipped villa on the shores of Lake Pielisjoki in the village of Paihola, Kontiolahti. The villa has 77 m downstairs and a large loft. The location is in a quiet rural environment.  The driveway is right up to the door and there is plenty of parking space in the yard. Allergy-friendly, pets are prohibited. You can access the cycling trail directly from the yard or go snowshoeing on the ice of Pielisjoki. The ski resort Kontiolahti Biathlon is about 10 km away. The landlord lives next door.

Alapihan Arboretum guest house with sauna

Cozy guest house and sauna in a wild tree species park. There are about 250 different species of woody trees and shrubs in the two-hectare area. The trees were planted in 1970 and form their own microclimate, where the air is clean and good to breathe. The area is still partly in its natural state and renovation is being done in the area. For those interested, we will be happy to introduce the arboretums during the visit. The household includes two Lapphunds, a cat, a rooster and 6 hens. Breakfast available

Isossa makuuhuoneessa hyvä 180 x 200 cm parisänky + iso Smart TV, pienemmässä 2 kpl laadukkaita 80 x 200 cm sänkyjä. Takkahuoneesta löydät jääkaapin, vesipisteen, mikron, veden- ja kahvinkeittimen etc. Takkahuoneen vuodesohvasta voimme tarvittaessa tehdä myös sängyn (80 x 200 cm). Kahvit, teet ja loppusiivoukset tiskauksineen kuuluvat hintaan!

Höytiäisen rannalla olevassa mökissä saat viettää lomaa ainutlaatuisen järvimaiseman äärellä. Puulämmitteisessä saunassa on pehmeät löylyt ja näkymä järvelle. Lattialämmitys ja takka lämmittävät talvella. Ruuan valmistaminen Airfryerillä, mikrossa tai terassilla kaasugrillillä. Juomaveden saa suoraan keittiön hanasta. Vieraan käytössä on koko mökki, jossa nukkumatilat kahdelle, sauna, wc ja pieni keittiö. Ilmalämpöpumppu takaa sopivan sisälämpötilan. Keskustaan 13km. Ruokakauppoihin 8 km.

Vaikka pieni, moderni ja tyylikäs saunatupa on osa asuttua pihapiiriämme, löydät täältä rauhaa, luontoa, yksityisyyttä ja ihanat maisemat. Vesistössä loistavat kalastusmahdollisuudet. Lisäksi kohde soveltuu erinomaisesti etätyöskentelyyn! Lahden uimaranta on matala ja sopii hyvin lapsille. Käytössä soutuvene ja SUP-lauta. Kalastukseen vuokrattavissa moottori veneeseen. Omat liinavaatteet ja pyyhkeet tuotava mukana.

Pieni talo Pielisjoen rannalla. Joensuun keskustaan 12km ja Kontiolahden ampumahiihtostadionille 7km. Pihassa puulämmitteinen tynnyrisauna maisemaikkunalla ja palju. Omalta laiturilta mahdollisuus pulahtaa uimaan! Palju käyttöön majoituksen ajaksi 40e. Pihapiirissä käytössä tennis/pienpelikenttä. Tämä paikka sopii täydellisesti niin rentoutumiseen kuin aktiiviseen lomailuun – lähellä kulkevat hiihto- ja ulkoilureitit. Kysy tarvittaessa lisävuodepaikka mahdollisuudesta!

Built in 2008, in a quiet location close to services and wonderful outdoor areas, it offers a perfect balance between the pulse of the city and the peace of nature. On the furnished terrace you can relax after the sauna and enjoy the sunset. Air conditioning brings comfort in the summer heat. The carport and spacious yard offer comfort and convenient parking.

Kuohu - sauna cabin on the shore of a rapid

Kuohu is an atmospheric, warm sauna cottage built in 2015 on the banks of a small river. In the noise of the rapids, you can relax in the sauna, barbecue or campfire. The cottage is located along a small sandy road, completely in its own peace. Koli National Park is about a 30-minute drive, Höytiäinen beach is just over 2km away. We rent canoes and have picnic packages with local products.
