The bedroom offers a relaxing retreat, while the living/working/dining area with its own tea/coffee station invites you to linger. The large terrace with seating area is a wonderful place to relax. PLEASE NOTE: The entrance area (living/dining area) is passed through when coming and going, and the kitchen is shared.

The city center and harbor can be reached in just 10 minutes by car. Parking is not available on the property, but is available free of charge and for an unlimited time on the roundabout directly in front of the house. Eine fußläufig erreichbare Buslinie fährt direkt nach Hamburg.

The 2.5-room apartment was extensively renovated in 2022 and lovingly furnished. It is three stories, with the cozy living and kitchen area on the first floor. On the first floor is the bathroom with a chandelier and a large, freestanding bathtub. On the first floor is the master bedroom, which is equipped with a large double bed and a fold-out sofa. There is a second bathroom on this floor. The second bedroom is in the attic.

When you step out of your own front door, you are practically already on the Nordpfad/in the forest.
