The best of both worlds, close to the city of Hamburg & Norderstedt and yet in the countryside in the middle of the meadow and surrounded by horses. Overlooking the meadows and the riding stable, the garden invites you to relax, the grill calls for a barbecue and the fireplace ensures cozy evenings. The wooden house is quite flexible and there are 2 additional sleeping places (e.g. for older children) in the alcove upstairs.

Im zweiten Zimmer stehen Sofa, Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle und Wasserkocher, Eierkocher, Sandwich Maker. Separater Eingang, Garten ,Kostenlose Parktplätze vor dem Eingang. Internet. WINTER!! BITTE BEACHTEN ❄️ Übernachtung auf der Alpakaweide! Wir möchten euch einladen bei uns im Moorhus auszuspannen, zu übernachten und die Ruhe zu genießen. Der kleine Bauwagen verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche, einem Schlafsofa für 2 Personen und einem seperaten Bad inklusive Dusche mit warmen Wasser. Auf der Außenterrasse kann man sein Frühstück genießen und abends am Lagerfeuer entspannen. Die Umgebung ist vor allem bei Fahrradfahrern, Kanuten und Wanderern sehr beliebt.

Welcome to the beautiful suburbs of the Elbe. Our house is surrounded by greenery, within walking distance of the Elbe and the botanical garden, and yet you can reach the main train station by S-Bahn within 20 minutes. We rent a bright and friendly self-contained apartment in the attic of our old house. The kitchen is fully equipped, so you can cook comfortably in the evening. In good weather, you can relax in our garden or stroll through the nearby parks or along the Elbe.

The 83 sqm apartment is located in the OT Königreich/Jork. It is designed for up to 5 people. On request, I also accept dogs. These would have to be charged extra, as the cleaning takes different amounts of time depending on the breed. It is 5 km to Buxtehude, to the center of Jork and to the HH city limits. To Airbus about 10 km. The area invites you to hike and bike. The Elbe is 7 km away. Very good public transport connections (bus, S-Bahn, ferry) to HH and Cuxhaven.

The holiday home called"Schnuckenbau" is just 3 minutes on foot nearby to the Nature Park Luneburg Heath. You will find bike paths and pure nature exactly in the centre between Hamburg and Hanover as well as Luneburg and Bremen. You look for tranquility, you'll find it here. The unique spring bath "Quellenbad" is just a stone's throw away. In the garden of the Schnuckenbau is a little pavillon, also a barbecue. In the lounge you can enjoy a crackling fire in a stove.

Enjoy your time out in our tasteful accommodation right next to the natural forest Franzhorner Forst. The apartment is family-friendly and fully equipped with everything you need for a nice break. When you step out of your own front door, you are practically already on the Nordpfad/in the forest. In the shared large garden plot there is a private terrace, a fire pit and the possibility to barbecue and plenty of space to relax.
