We have kept the little English touch of the previous owners Elaine and Kenneth, which gives it a nice cachet. It is located in the quiet area of Cupidon 5 minutes walk from shops, amenities, the basilica and its magnificent castle. You will also have the opportunity to walk on the towpath along the Oust canal

Au p'tit Bonheur (in Coët-Bugat) was refurbished in 2020: stone and wood are the main elements. It consists of a main room with fully equipped bright kitchen, and a sitting area with TV, bathroom with walk-in shower and sink, separate toilet, laundry room with sink, washing machine… and upstairs a dormitory consisting of a double bed and 2 single beds. Outside there is an equipped terrace and a garage.
