This accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family, ideal for up to 4 adults and 2 children. The house is composed of a bedroom with its walk-in shower, a 2nd bedroom, an equipped kitchen/living room that can accommodate young and old, a living room with a double sofa bed. You can enjoy a terrace to take your meals or relax and an outdoor space of 3800m2 with swimming pool (from May 29 to the end of September). Our house is also on this property.

House on 2 levels. On the ground floor, you have a living room (sofa, TV, coffee table), kitchen (gas stove, oven, fridge, microwave, coffee maker) and toilet. Upstairs are the bedroom and bathroom (bathtub, toilet). Outside there is a private courtyard where you can spend pleasant moments (table, chairs, deckchairs, awning). In the heart of Grand-Auverné, close to shops (bakery/grocery store, bar/restaurant, hairdresser). 16 km from Châteaubriant.

We welcome you in the heart of a very quiet village in the Chapelaine countryside. Attractive living space where you can prepare your meals if you wish. Check-in time is from 3:00 p.m., Check-out before 11am. For maximum freedom, your entrance is independent. €35 for one person's occupancy €55 for two people. Remember to select the right number of occupants! :)
