Relax in this charming and spacious house with south facing sun terrace. This traditional stone built villa sits in the centre of the village opposite a 17th century church, with free parking and EV (Sorégies) charging point. The local bar/shop is a two minute walk. Villa Lierre is 5 mins from a large supermarket at L’Isle Jourdain. The Circuit du Val de Vienne is 15 minutes away by car. There are historic towns to explore nearby, and the river Vienne is a short walk through the village.

Fancy a break to recharge your batteries, come and stay on the banks of the Vienne. Walking, canoeing, reading by the fireplace, rest and relaxation in a space dedicated to plants and the SPA, you will only have to enjoy at your own pace in this charming little restored cottage, equipped for your comfort. The terrace offers exceptional views of the river and its surroundings, where you will have the opportunity to observe sparrows, swans, kingfishers... The cottage is labeled "Green Key"

Village house with garden

Located in the center of the village, the house has been recently renovated. It is spacious (around 1100 sq f on 2 levels). On the ground floor you have a big living and dining room , a separated kitchen, and a toilet. The bedroom and bathroom are upstairs. In the bathroom you have a large shower and a double sink, and another toilet. Our own house is right here on the same land so you may see us in the garden. We have set up a space just for you with table and chairs and some long chairs.

Small corner of paradise in the countryside in the smallest commune of Vienne (86) LAUTHIERS. At the end of 2023, we completely restored an old barn into 2 studios (touching) that can accommodate up to 6 people. The 1st includes a bay window, 1 living area with TV, 1 fully equipped kitchen area, 1 sitting area with 1 double bed, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 vanity unit, 1 toilet. the 2nd serves as a dormitory with 4 single beds and 1 bathroom with shower, 1 vanity unit, 1 toilet.

Domaine la Boulinière – Le Faisan

Le Faisan is a spacious vacation home. Suitable for 4 adults or for a family with children. All amenities are located on the ground floor. This house has a beautiful spacious kitchen, two separate bedrooms and a cozy living room. By default, the bedrooms are equipped with luxurious king size beds, but if desired, one of them can be replaced by two children's beds. The living space is large enough to combine with the adjacent 2-person vacation home.

Le Hameau du Breuil, located in the heart of the Poitou countryside, near the Abbey of Saint-Savin (a UNESCO World Heritage Site), promises you serenity and authenticity. This unique place will allow you to rest and visit a region rich in heritage and activities (an exceptional abbey, the Futuroscope, the Gartempe valley...). The cottage has a natural pool (10x12m) of a vegetable garden, an organic orchard, a bocce court and a garden out of sight.

The former ferry house has been completely restored and converted into a vacation home for 2 people, since July 2022. Beautiful setting next to the river, l'Anglin, overlooking the bridge, the château and the village Angles-sur-l'Anglin. The house has its own garden, and there is a private beach on the estate. The barque is ready on the river, wonderful swimming in front of the door or further on at the Moulin de Remerle or the Moulin du Pré.
