The signal tower Linn was built in the 1920s and has now been extensively renovated after being decommissioned over 20 years ago. With love for the details and an eye for its historical origins, a unique and extremely atmospheric location has been created. The apartment has a size of about 45 square meters and is fully furnished. It consists of a large living area, a kitchen with dining table, a shower toilet and a separate sleeping area. The layout is designed for 2 people, but there is also space for families with up to 2 children (by arrangement).

It is a whole apartment on the second floor in a detached house. Communication only takes place via Airbnb. An accommodation fee of €3 must be paid to the city of Kaarst since 1.1.2025.
