Dear guests, We rent out our approx. 70 sqm trade fair/project/holiday apartment (upper floor & attic, detached two-family house). The highway (A 52) is 4 minutes away, 15-20 minutes to Düsseldorf, the trade fair and Mönchengladbach. On the first floor is the fully equipped kitchen, a shower room, hallway as well as the bright, large living room (32 sqm) and adjoining loggia. On the top floor is the bedroom with a view of the fields (sunset). The loggia (south-facing) overlooking the garden invites you to linger.

Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig in wenigen Min zu erreichen. Dank der eigenen Küche steht einem gesunden und leckeren Start in den Tag nichts im Wege. It is a whole apartment on the second floor in a detached house. Communication only takes place via Airbnb. An accommodation fee of €3 must be paid to the city of Kaarst since 1.1.2025. The apartment is not suitable for children under 12. It is possible to park two bikes safely. For additional towels and bed linen, we charge a usage fee of €5.00 per person.
