Bei dieser besonderen Unterkunft sind alle wichtigen Anlaufpunkte ganz in der Nähe – so wird die Planung deines Aufenthalts ganz einfach. Das Apartment befindet sich im Erdgeschoss einer Familiengebäude.

Von dieser zentral gelegenen Unterkunft aus seid ihr in Nullkommanichts an allen wichtigen Orten. Unterkunft ist 2025 renoviert. Es ist 3te Etage in unserem City Haus. Die Etage steht zu alleinige Nutzung mit einem separaten schicken Badezimmer. Der Appartement ist komplett abgetrennt und abschließbar. Zugang zu der Etage ist durch den gemeinsamen genutzten Treppenhaus. Wir bieten: Bett und Couch, Netflix, WLAN, Kaffeemaschine, Airfreier, Toaster... Bettwäsche und Handtücher.

The train station and city center are also a few minutes' walk away, as is Betzenberg. A bus stop is right around the corner. The direct proximity to nature invites you to take walks, hikes and bike rides in the beautiful Palatinate Forest. The apartment was recently newly and stylishly furnished and is well equipped. Families with children are welcome.

The apartment is very quiet close to the forest in a residential area of Kaiserslautern with free parking. It takes about 8 minutes by car to get to the center or train station and 5 minutes to get to the university. About 100 m from the apartment you will find the bus stop where buses run in different directions every 16 minutes on weekdays. Supermarket and bakery are within walking distance. The apartment is perfect for one person, but can be occupied by two.

Looking out over the Palatinate Forest, the "Waldschlösschen" is located on the edge of the university residential area. I myself use the apartment when I visit my family in Kaiserslautern and otherwise live in Hamburg. It has 1.5 rooms and is set up in a way that you can work efficiently in the home office and also relax.
