Amazing place! This is a perfect suite to enjoy a magical and romantic evening in Cesky Krumlov. The location right in the center of the town is super convenient. The room is very spacious, and comfortable, and the preserved medieval architecture is so beautiful! This is a no-brainer for a couple looking for a place to stay in this fairytale town. Just a few things to be aware of: -It is on the third floor up somewhat steep stairs, so you’ll have to lug your baggage up. -The photos show a bottle of wine and wine glasses next to the tub, but these are not included. I’ve stayed in Airbnbs that do include a bottle of wine, so I was a little disappointed by this -It is said in the listed, but there’s no AC. Even on a day where it was barely 60 degrees outside, it wasn’t still warm in this attic room. The windows do open, but I imagine this could be a challenging stay deeper into the summer for those used to cooler sleeping temperatures. -Only two pillows on the bed, common in Europe

The flat is situated within the historic center, so everything can be reached within a short walk. The interior is really high class and the terrasse an absolute bonus. Kitchen is equipped for breakfast, no grand cooking possible. Which you don’t need, as multiple restaurants, cafés and bars are just around the corner. Communication with Kristjan is friendly and fast as he works in the same building. Note, that you have to be a good walker, as the flat cannot be reached by car (only taxi) and there are two steep stairs leading to the apartment. We loved it and would definitely come back again. We came for three days to enjoy the Forrest and to go kayaking. We had a great stay. The place is perfect for 4 people. View is very nice too. Thank you

Die Wohnung ist in der Nähe zur Altstadt (ca. 1 km und 15 min zu Fuß). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich diverse ca. 800 m die Straße hoch (mit dem Auto 2 min). Unsere Ferienwohnung ging nicht zur stark befahrenen Straße sondern nach hinten raus. Dem entsprechend war es sehr ruhig und von der Straße nichts wahrzunehmen. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2 OG eines neuen Gebäudes das zudem über eine Tiefgarage verfügt die via Fahrstuhl direkt erreicht werden kann. Ganz allgemein ist die Wohnung hell, freundich und modern eingerichtet und besteht aus einem Flur mit großem Schrank, Wohn-/Schlaf-/Küche (1 Raum für alles) mit Geschirrspülmaschine/ Backofen/ Mikrowelle/ Kühlschrank/ Spühlmittel/ frischem Lappen, Esstisch, Schreibtisch und Doppelbett sowie einem Duschbad. Babybett u. Hochstuhl wurden kostenfrei bereitgestellt. Die Wohnung war sehr gut gereinigt. Vorteilhaft war auch der gute und kostenlose Parkplatz.

V naprostém historickém středu Krumlova s epesním panoramatickým výhledem a přitom poklidný s možností poslouchat řeku protékající pod okny, v podkroví autentického domu plného nádherných artefaktů se skvělým a přátelským hostitelem. Jako by se zde zastavil čas. Děkujeme!

Our stay was excellent. The hostel is located right by the river, offering a beautiful and peaceful view. 16 minutes from bus station. The host was very attentive and provided useful recommendations for local attractions and nearby restaurants. Everything was well organized and met our expectations. The temperature inside was slightly warm at times, but overall, we were very satisfied. Thank you.

Beautiful apartment, nice scenery, quiet and peaceful during the night, cant wait to go back again

The apartment looks exactly like it does in the pictures—small but cozy, and perfect for a couple. We were even provided with a baby bed, which was a thoughtful touch and saved us from having to bring our own. Check-in was very easy thanks to Piotr, who gave us clear and detailed instructions on how to get the keys. Arrival time was flexible, which made everything more convenient. The location is right in the heart of the city, yet the apartment itself is quiet and peaceful. There's a small kitchen—not ideal for preparing big meals, but perfectly suitable for quick and simple cooking. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this place!
