Very nice and quiet place, a unique living. Fantastic for the construction and history buffs. Well located with proximity to all of Öland. Lovely with local producers who sold vegetables, eggs, etc. Right next to the property. Clear instructions and nice treatment, easy to connect with the host. Recommend to stay here.

We would definitely visit this place again. This is our fifth time booking one of Andreas’ places, and it's always perfectly lovely.

We felt very comfortable right away and the location was super idyllic and quiet. The terrace was great to enjoy the sun in the early evening after excursions. Even with the baby, it was very relaxed. Everything you need was available in the accommodation and it was cozily furnished. The only thing that was a bit impractical was that you can't darken the sleeping areas. We enjoyed our time very much and can highly recommend the accommodation!

We are extremely happy with the stay at Camilla and Patrik’s house. They are nice and fun! The house has chicken, dog and sheep nearby which our daughter enjoyed. It also has a hot tub and nice patio that adults enjoyed. The bed is nice, the kitchen is fantastic. The only thing to call out is that the narrow staircase is a bit tricky for our two-year old daughter to walk down. So we decided to bath the kids outdoor instead. That was kind of fun too! Overall, I feel it was a fantastic place to relax. We would definitely recommend the place and would be happy to stay at the property again if the opportunity arises. Thanks Camilla and Patrik!

If you are looking for the authentic 'Swedish idyll,' this is the place to be! The Torp is even more beautiful than the pictures and furnished with so much attention to detail. Tomaz and his family welcomed us warmly, provided us with plenty of information about the region and always had an open ear. We had a great week and felt very comfortable! A highlight was the joint BBQ by the campfire incl. baking bread and collecting wood with the kids. We recommend the place without reservation and will be happy to come back any time!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful cottage! The communication with the hosts was incredibly friendly and helpful from start to finish. The house was spotless and very well maintained, making us feel comfortable and at home right away. The view over the lake was absolutely breathtaking, and the level of privacy was exceptional — it felt like our own little paradise. One of the absolute highlights was the beautiful jetty right by the lake — the perfect spot for swimming, relaxing, and soaking in the peaceful surroundings. We’d definitely love to come back!

A beautiful space. Beautifully designed spaces. Great kitchen. Upstairs beds. Well located on the edge of downtown. Bathing facilities outside the house. To the train station only about 800 m. Nice landlords, very helpful. All around a good stay.

Very nice and cozy apartment that was in walking distance to Kalmar city center. Quiet and cozy neighborhood with good opportunity for parking right outside the home. We ate out every day, but there was a great opportunity to cook for ourselves.

Stay was exactly as described. Neat, tidy, complete and very clean. Had virtually no contact with administrators because they were also away for a few days. Contact via email was excellent. Small gift upon arrival. Everything in the apartment is available from toilet paper to dishwasher tablets. Could there be a few more towels available, but in consultation with the manager, that can probably be arranged. All the equipment present also works perfectly, and looks good and well cared for. Bathroom is just neat. Beds (box spring) sleep well. From the apartment, it is about 20 minutes to Öland by car. We, my wife and I, had a great stay in Kalmar.

Fredrik's apartment is well disposed and everything you need is available. Fresh and clean, comfortable beds and close to everything. At the same time quiet location in well kept property. Fredrik responds quickly and is easy to communicate with. We are happy to stay in Fredrik's apartment again!

Smooth and the host family is very nice

A cozy house, a beautiful view from the windows, but you need to get used to the stove. Perfect for a man.

Excellent place. We were in the car, so it was convenient that the main road is close. Good space for 4 people. Nothing else to note.

The apartment is super convenient for a small family and Jennie was so sweet to put things out for our kids. We had an easy way to find everything and the check-in worked smoothly. The apartment is nicely located and it was easy to go for a walk in Vimmerby from there or to Astrid Lindgreens World.

It was a lovely holiday and communication with the host went smoothly.
