Climate-smart small cabin

Between Nybro and Kalmar is our little cottage. It is newly renovated, simple standard with outdoor toilet (separate). The kitchen is well-equipped with kitchen accessories and wood-burning stove as well as refrigerator. In the garden, there is garden furniture and a barbecue grill, an outdoor shower where you can shower under the open sky. The cabin is equipped with solar cells that provide limited but sufficient electricity for for example, refrigerator and lighting. The cottage is not suitable for families with children/people with disabilities due to the sleeping loft with a steep staircase.

Bring your own bed linens/towels, or rent them for SEK 100 (EUR 10) per person. Payable on arrival. Final cleaning before departure by tenant. Ocean front modern cottage

Modern cottage only 15 meters from the beach and the pier that leads you into the sea. The property, built in 2019, is beautifully situated on Dunö about 10 minutes (car) south of Kalmar. The cottage includes 25 sqm floor + 10 sqm sleeping loft and has a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with a shower. Proximity to jogging tracks and several other bathing areas and jetties. Only 15 meters from the ocean and 10 minutes from central Kalmar you find this newly built cottage. Modern amenities close to the best of nature.

Welcome to rent our cozy cottage of about 33 sqm right by the sea on the island of Oknö outside Mönsterås. The location is fantastic, about 80 meters to the beach. You are close to a number of beaches on the island and there are two campsites on Oknö and a restaurant. You have about 8 km into Mönsterås, which has several different shops and restaurants and a water palace. You can also enjoy the tranquility of our large garden of about 2500 sqm together with the owner at Seglarvägen 4 Oknö

The view is spectacular from this little house. It's renovated 2016 with a complete small kitchen with oven/micro oven, refrigerator, small freezer and induction cooker. Newly built seaside cottage for comfortable year-round accommodation directly at the shore of an idyllic bay. 4 + 1 beds. About 350 m2 private plot with pier and boat. The cottage is perfect for those seeking a quiet seaside location with wonderful archipelago and nature to explore. The idyllic Revsudden is 10 minutes by car, Kalmar (Sweden Summer City 2015 and 2016) 15 minutes and Öland 25 minutes. Boat with electric outboard motor (0,5 HP) and oars included april-october.

Welcome to beautiful Västervik! The house of 30 sqm contains a fully equipped kitchen, a full bathroom with shower, Bedroom with 2 beds and sleeping loft for 2 people. Pillows, duvets, bed linen and towels are included in the price. Guests make their own beds. Of course, there is a TV, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth speakers. It's only about 10 minutes to Västervik Resort and about 15 minutes to the city center. Note: The house has been expanded in 2025 to get to a proper bedroom.

Central and fully equipped cottage in Färjestaden! Located 3 minutes walk to the bus stop "Snäckstrand" where you can go both south on Öland and into Kalmar very easily. Walking distance to Färjestaden with shops & restaurants. To Eriksöre village street it is 7km & to Ekerum 18km! Own patio with barbecue facilities as well as free parking space just outside the cottage.

Quiet and scenic area on the bare limestone landscape of south Öland. Free parking space and a harbor for smaller boats are available. Dogs are allowed after request.

Studio Styrsö

Nice small and modern studio close to the seaside. 8km to the city center of Kalmar and 2okm to reach the Island Öland with their lovely beaches and wonderful nature. If you want to stay on the Island Styrsö where the studio is located you find a bathing place 500meters down the road.

Walking distance to scenic Slottsskogen, Borgholms castle,Solliden, bus station, Borgholms center with restaurants and shops. The house is a newly built annex. Sun loungers and patio furniture are next to the house in the garden. Quiet location.
