Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Kalmar

We had a wonderful stay at Björn's place. The highlight was canoeing to a small island with the kids. It was such a beautiful place. Great recommendation from the host. The surroundings were also perfect! Thanks for great stay! :)

Fredrik is a great host. He helped us with the check in and answered all our questions. He was very nice all the time. the house was very clean and everything that was mentioned in the offer was there. we felt like being home and welcome. the area is really nice and suitable for kids too. we would like to Stay another time there.

This house was lovely. We had no problem and had a great time! Everything was as described and we loved being in the countryside. We would love to stay here again.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 – A Perfect Stay! We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this villa. The property was fresh, clean, and very well maintained — everything felt thoughtfully cared for. It’s located in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood and very conveniently located. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you’d need for cooking, which made meals at home easy and enjoyable. One of the highlights was the lovely patio area – perfect for relaxing, and the BBQ facilities were a great bonus. The owner was incredibly responsive and very easy to communicate with. He had clear instructions about everything from checkin to garbage disposal, which made our whole experience smooth and stress free. We couldn’t have asked for a better place. Highly recommended — we’d definitely love to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful cottage! The communication with the hosts was incredibly friendly and helpful from start to finish. The house was spotless and very well maintained, making us feel comfortable and at home right away. The view over the lake was absolutely breathtaking, and the level of privacy was exceptional — it felt like our own little paradise. One of the absolute highlights was the beautiful jetty right by the lake — the perfect spot for swimming, relaxing, and soaking in the peaceful surroundings. We’d definitely love to come back!

I had a great stay at Helge's house! You can get to the island very easily and free of charge from Karlskrona. The ferry leaves approximately every 30 minutes. The few islanders were all very friendly and always greeted. The small supermarket is really very well stocked and has everything you need for weekly shopping. The house and location are at least as beautiful as in the pictures! You can only feel comfortable, switch off perfectly and forget any stress. Helge is extremely nice and accommodating. A really great host. He even has a newer boat than the one in the photo with more horsepower. I strongly recommend that Helge give a briefing, as it is quite rocky close to the water surface. I had a fantastic time. Good for dropouts, couples or family who can also occupy themselves. Price/performance was excellent!

We enjoyed the beautiful house, the nice accommodation and the beautiful surroundings very much. Everything was top and Magnus is a marvelous host. This is a truly holiday paradise on earth. Really worth it and we will definitely go back. Thanks Magnus! !

nice house at nice place

Tomas was incredibly helpful and keen for us to have a good time with him. Everything was very adapted for our family and the kids really enjoyed it! The proximity to both Kalmar Castle, playgrounds, restaurants and concert area made it easy for us to explore Kalmar and we are happy to stay more times at Tomas's place!

Comfortable and spacious accommodation for my family of 4 for the Ironman weekend. 1km away circa from the Ironman start, expo, station and city centre. Joakim was REALLY helpful in preparation for and during our stay and the apartment had everything we needed.

We had a perfect stay at Malin’s beautiful home. It had everything we needed and was in a super location close enough to walk into the city and all its attractions. Thank you Malin and family for making our introduction to Kalmar so memorable.

It was a perfect stay at Gunnar´s place. He is a very friendly host and provides you with good tips where to go and what to see. Highly recommendable.

Cozy apartment with everything you need. Beautiful forest hiking trail and lake very close. Susanne and Torsten are very nice hosts. As stated in the description, close to a 70 km/h road that you can already hear well. Heating options with AC and mobile heater are not quite ideal when visiting with a baby, but apart from that, the apartment is great for €29/night in terms of price performance.

Nice small house and garden in a quiet location and close to the beach. There was a simpler hot tub and toys, high chair and potty. Perfect for our little family with children!

Everything was as you would imagine from the description. The hostess was very nice and the accommodation was impeccable. A supermarket is just a few minutes' walk away.

We had a fantastic 4 night stay at Sara’s house. We were a family of 4 plus a Grandma and all had plenty of space. The kids loved the garden and the toys. We all enjoyed the views from the huge, sunny balcony.

We had fantastic days in this tastefully renovated house (church school). Very clean and tidy. Very well-equipped kitchen with 2 refrigerators and a freezer. Also two Dishwashers. Comfortable beds and plenty of space for all of us (14 adults and 5 small children). Lovely and child-friendly garden. No problem reaching the host with questions. The house had a rowing boat at the swimming area 2 km from the house that we used. We had sunny May weather and could sit in the garden and eat lunch. The dining table in the kitchen had room for all of us. We can really recommend the house and hope we can come back another time.

The house are beautiful. You can't see how beautiful it is in the photos. We felt completely comfortable. You can tell how lovingly everything was arranged. The bicycles to rent were great and you can also quickly reach a beautiful beach by bike. Thank you for the lovely stay.

Great house in a fantastically beautiful and quiet location and with a lot of views. We, a large family with a kindergarten child and teenagers, enjoyed the stay very much, the children had a lot of fun in the pool and in the garden set up for children, we adults especially enjoyed the sunsets on the terrace. Kitchen and house are perfectly equipped. Asa was very warm and quickly accessible for any questions. We therefore extended our stay, also because the beautiful surroundings have many excursion possibilities to offer.
