Viel Platz zum Wohlfühlen im schönen Zillertal – in dieser geräumigen & ruhigen Wohnung. Ich vermiete die Ferienwohnungen, die meine Großeltern sehr liebevoll & hochwertig eingerichtet haben. Da sie selbst nicht mehr in der Lage sind, diese zu vermieten, fahre ich damit fort. Die Wohnung verfügt über ca. 71 m2. ! Bei uns sind Einzelpersonen, mehrere Personen, sowie Familien jedes Alters, Geschlechts, und jeder Herkunft willkommen ! Es gelten Hausregeln & Vorschriften für JEDE/N gleichermaßen. :)

Es erwarten Sie ein offener Wohnbereich, drei Schlafzimmer und zwei stilvolle Bäder die Raum für Gemeinsamkeit und Rückzug bieten. Ob auf der sonnigen Terrasse, am Esstisch oder bei einer Wanderung direkt vom Haus – hier finden Naturverbundene, Ruhesuchende und Familien einen Ort zum Durchatmen.

Nutzen Sie die Zeit für sich und Ihre Familie machen Sie Ihren Urlaub zur schönsten Zeit im Jahr. Wir sind an kein großes Skigebiet angeschlossen. Entertainment Parks, wie auf vielen Gipfeln unserer Berge und Apreski gibt es nicht. Wir haben keine Playstation aber wir haben den Wald als wohl größter, vielseitigster und kreativster Spielplatz den es gibt für jung bis alt hinterm Haus.

Unsere Hütte ist ein einzigartiges Refugium, das Tradition und Moderne vereint. Auf 1.370 m Höhe gelegen, bietet sie atemberaubende Ausblicke auf die Tiroler Berge und blühende Almwiesen. Mit einer über 100 Jahre alten Geschichte verfügt sie über eine voll ausgestattete Küche, gemütliche Schlafzimmer mit Bergblick, und eine sonnige Terrasse. Direkt vor der Tür beginnen Wanderwege, und die Sauna sorgt für Entspannung nach einem aktiven Tag. Ideal für Naturliebhaber und Erholungssuchende.

This apartement is very spacious and accommodates two people. Relax on the large balcony and enjoy the magnificent view of the surrounding mountains. On the third floor, you'll find a sauna area with a relaxation room and a gym. A covered parking space with an electric vehicle charging station is available
