The Domicilechania "Venetian Residence" was built in the14th century and is known as the Venetian Rectors Palace. It was also used as the Treasury and the Archives of the Venetian administration. Overlooking the old harbor and the Venetian lighthouse its view is unique. Ideal for one or two couples or families with max. 3 children. The Venetian Residence is the ideal spot to explore the old city of Chania but also the countryside of the region. The nearest beach is 10 min. on foot.

Two rooms, 35m² beach apartment, that offers free WiFi, air conditioning, 43" screen TV and queen size double bed. The apartment features balcony with sea view and also a modern kitchen, fitted with fridge, stove-top, coffee machine, water boiler, clothes iron, ironing board and full set of dishes, cups, glasses and cutlery.
