Our "cottage" is located right on the edge of the forest behind our house, as part of an old mill yard! We are 1 kilometer away from the neighbors and the nearest supermarket is 6 kilometers away. It is not a luxury hostel, but if you are looking for absolute peace and a hiking paradise in the midst of the most beautiful nature, you have come to the right place! We welcome you to Villa Rosa! Our Villa Rosa is located at the foot of the Ruppertsklamm gorge directly on the Lahn. We are a house community and there is a lot of life under our roof - 9 people, 3 cats and a dog share the grounds. The old manor house was formerly part of the turn-of-the-century factory next door. For more than 10 years we have been living and working together in the house and look forward to welcoming you as our guests.

A vacation in beautiful nature in the heart of the Rheingau near the Schloß Vollrads and Schloss Johannisberg wineries in Stephanshausen. Please feel at home in my detached house with garden! Priceless but nevertheless included: fantastic views over a horse paddock and beyond the Rhine. From here you can start wonderful hikes. In a short time, you're at Johannisberg Castle, Rüdesheim with Drosselgasse, abbey and romantic castles.

Welcome to beautiful Koblenz am Rhein and to our lovingly designed apartment in the Lützel district! The apartment is 94 m² and is located on the 1st floor of a 6-family house without elevator and can be used by 6 people. The old town is a 5-minute walk away and the bus and train can be reached in 2 minutes. Since my mother lives in the neighboring house, there is always a contact person who is also happy to give good tips :-)

In our small courtyard, cozy seating areas await you. Our house can be a wonderful place to meet family and friends. From here you can hike the Rheinsteig, take boat tours or start with the Rhine Valley Railway to Frankfurt or Koblenz.
