Apartment holiday rentals in Kampen

Clean, unusual, renovation apartment is in pastoral place . We visited some interesting places in radius 1-1,5 hour driving: Urc, Enkhuizen, Zuiderzeemuseum, Giethoorn ,Zwolle(Park English Work), Museum de Fundatie/Kasteel Het Nijenhuis, Het Nationale Park De Hoge Veluwe. The location of Erik’s place was perfect. We were able to easily walk to/from train station, and other sites we wanted to see. They were also very helpful with any questions we had, including keeping me updated on the rail strike that took place while we were there. If we ever find ourselves back in Amsterdam, we will definitely come back to Erik’s place!

We were thrilled with the place, Lots of equipment for kitchen, hygiene and pastime! (Books, DVDS real.) Very cozy furniture and cozy atmosphere as described. If you have any questions, Raoul will respond quickly!

A super nice cottage that is attached to that of the hosts. Nice and quick contact with Lind and Victor. We found the place to look bigger in person than in the photos. She added the coffee and everything looked neat! Recommended!

Beautiful modern home decorated with a lot of love. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back. We loved it all around, everything was very well maintained and clean. Sem was accessible at all times and helped us. Thank you for the time.

We had a nice long weekend in this comfortable apartment, with a comfortable bed and well-equipped kitchen. If the weather is nice, we also recommend a trip to Lelystad Nature Park.

We stayed one night with Wouter and Marijke, because we had a wedding nearby. So we saw little of the surroundings and 'unfortunately' only stayed briefly in this great studio. Spacious, clean and equipped with every comfort. We were also received in a super guest-friendly way and we were able to enter the studio a little earlier so that we could drop off our things. Should we be in the area again, we will definitely come back!

We had a really nice stay with great views and a cozy, private balcony with evening sun. The decor is very tasteful and modern, the apartment is clean and well maintained, the hosts are very friendly and make really delicious ice cream 😉 We will be happy to come back!

This characteristic and comfortable apartment is located in a quiet, idyllic and very central street in Zutphen. Ideal for experiencing the city. With fine communication before and after, a warm welcome, sincere interest and tips about the area, Mirjam and Anton made my visit even more enjoyable. The piano lessons that are given in the same building were communicated nicely in advance and I was lucky enough to get some of them. A mega recommendation!

A very pleasant and spacious apartment in an old mansion with beautiful views. Anne and Paul are very hospitable and have all the time and attention for you. I'd love to come back.

Diederik‘s flat was fantastic for our trip to Utretch. A very quiet neighborhood with lovely old homes and surroundings. Exactly what we needed for our first trip with our little one. The apt is spacious and has all you need. Only downside is the stairs between floors are a bit more tight/narrow/steep than they appear in the photos. So be careful if you have a little one. Otherwise we loved our stay at his place. Its a great getaway.

Our stay at Vincent's apartment was lovely. It really was super clean, absolutely no clutter, and the bed was very comfortable. The street was quiet and away from the touristy areas. However, it was just a short walk to the busier areas and the museums, a real plus. The steps up to the apartment were indeed very steep. We mentioned this to our Dutch friends and they said "welcome to Amsterdam"! They are part of every house so we accepted this and got used to them. Vincent's Check In instructions were clear and we had no problems. We had a very memorable stay. Thank you, Vincent.

Very pleasant stay, close to what we wanted to visit.

We loved our time in this artsy, welcoming and charming little spot! Lex and Sylvie were very responsive and helpful, checking in and also leaving some great nibbles in the kitchen (fruit, juice, yogurt, cheese, jam, butter and much more!) They also gave us a heads up about the Utrecht Pride event, which is not to be missed if you can be there for it. The boat parade goes right down the lovely canal right outside the door. We loved walking around the neighborhood, with great restaurants and bakeries. The apartment was the perfect space for our two adults and one teen and we took advantage of sitting out front along the canal every single day. It’s an older building and you can hear the floorboards upstairs but it was never an issue for sleeping because Lex and Sylvie didn’t seem to be night owls. I would love to come back someday!

Arjen has quite the incredible apartment near the train station. Nice sized Duplex with outdoor deck off the bedrooms. It couldn't have been more comfortable, with great light, herbs and berries growing on the deck that he encouraged you to consume. It's convenient to almost everything. As others have said the stairs, at first seem daunting, but once you get used to it, it stops being a problem. Arjen was there too meet us when we arrived. He generously carried our bags up the stairs, acclimated us to the space and then took us on a tour of the neighborhood. He was there when we left to go to the airport at 6:30 am to carry our bags back down the steps. He's very charming and articulate. He was never intrusive but always responsive. He loves his city and is willing to share locals only things to do. Next time I come to Amsterdam I'll look to to stay here first.

Great stay! The host was friendly and quick to respond. The place was clean, cozy, and had a nice balcony. The location was perfect and close to everything. No problems at all. I recommend it for a quiet and beautiful neighborhood.

The location was great, walking distance to trains and trams to get to the heart of Amsterdam. Far enough away to be quiet for nights in. Nancy was very communicative even though she was on holiday. Easy parking if you drive in and plenty of space for 5, especially if someone doesn’t mind the couch. Would be great for 3 couples. Amazing showers 😁

We had a fantastic time. Beautiful, quiet and natural environment with privacy. Extremely friendly welcome. Everything super neat and clean. Repeatable. The area is great and easy to walk and otherwise the bus towards the center. The stop is a 2-minute walk. Very hospitable and friendly owners. Everything was just great!

Cozy, spacious house with sauna and jacuzzi. The house is cozily furnished and in a quiet location. There is plenty of space to sit outside as well.

We stayed in the apartment for a weekend and felt very comfortable. With the bikes you could easily reach the nearby metro station and we had a good time in Amsterdam. The landlords were very friendly and always easy to reach. I highly recommend this place for Amsterdam stays.

This is our second stay and we loved it even more than the first. Ella constantly goes above and beyond to make things just so we notice lots of little details including soap that was toddler friendly, fresh flowers, and some little welcome treats all waiting for us … but the most amazing treat was a little pull along toy that was age-appropriate for our toddler Very flexible and accommodating with checking in and check out and we are most grateful for that extra flexibility and kind We couldn’t recommend Ella or her home more highly we will be back again
