I would like to thank Mr. Ali for everything. He is a very kind, understanding and friendly person. He helped us with everything. We never felt like strangers. Nina, the friendly dog of the place, is a very smart dog, and we played together all the time. I can say that it added joy to our holiday.

Amazing, comfortable, stylish, and well-equipped place in the historical center of Izmir, with very kind and helpful hosts. We had a wonderful time enjoying breakfasts on the terrace, surrounded by nature and birdsong, with all the main attractions, local restaurants, and cafés just a short walk away. The Turkish bath is a fantastic bonus on top of it all. Just a heads-up for taller guests: watch your head at the doorways!:)

Resat's place was absolutely beautiful. The furnishings were of high quality. Everything very clean, you felt immediately welcome and at home! Resat is a great, accommodating and outstanding host who rents out his house with all his heart. In the area you also felt right at home, the city and surroundings are magnificent! We will be very, very happy to come back and highly recommend the apartment!!!

It is a very nice place in terms of location, there are very nice bays and beaches to discover, the house has everything you need for a family environment. Mr. Gökhan is very hospitable, the right choice for a nice holiday, the only address I will call without hesitation when I need a place to stay.

Fall right in the middle of the room and Alaçata, close to both sides, close to the grocery store, close to the bakery, Melek, there were things like liquid, oil, and dishwashing detergent, which we didn't need to think about small things. It was a nice experience in the room.

we felt like we are living in our dream house right at the beach very peaceful and private you will find almost everything you need in the house . its far from chios but that is not important because renting a car is a must. the beach and the sea are very very clean. in short if you are looking for beach front clean house with beautiful deck this ideal. Just book it and dont over think it ! this Airbnb must be guests favorite!

Very nice apartment, great hosts. Only minor fault would be the location. It is on a very steep inclinewith many steps and the walk back from the amenities below is difficult. Better to walk down and get a taxi back from the Metro station.

First of all, Ms. Fatma is a really nice host. Very friendly, tolerant, friendly, polite lady. She asked if I need anything at every turn She was very helpful. She even offered me pancakes one morning. I was very well accommodated. The house was literally spotless. It was spotless from towels to bed, wardrobe to kitchen utensils. I had no issues with check-ins and outs. Thanks to Ms. Fatma, she was flexible. Kitchen utensils are quite sufficient. Extremely quiet, calm and peaceful neighborhood. A few minutes walk to the sea. The sea is very nice. It has a spacious and immaculate feel. A few minutes by car from the center of Foça. The grocery store is also a 5-10 minute walk away. It was a great and hassle free stay for me.

We were looking for a peaceful location close to the sea and this place delivered exactly what we want. Waking up to the sound of waves and having a garden and beach right in front of our room truly made us feel like we were in a summer home. Avrakomi was very attentive and we felt right at home throughout our stay. Thank you for everything!

Nikos and his wife were caring, warm, and friendly. We felt as peaceful as in our home. The house was within walking distance to the center. We had the chance to stay in a beautiful and clean house with a nice view for 2 people with everything we needed. Thank you very much 😊

Ideally located apartment to discover this incredible region dedicated to mastic resin. Restaurant advice 5 min walk: "Karagiorgis Giorgos", very good, hearty, fair price... and friendly owner. This is our second year staying here and we love it. Perfect for peace and quiet and right next to the sea. The accommodation has everything we need and the hosts Rena and Nikos are very friendly and helpful. The beach bar is five minutes walk if you want sun loungers and drinks and snacks, and Komi is 20 mins walk for restaurants, bars and a more vibrant beach. Would definitely recommend if you want a peaceful place to stay.

A very functional, spacious studio for two, with a pleasant balcony facing the sea. Smooth and easy communication with Angeliki, attentive and friendly. We had a pleasant stay, we recommend it.
