Your flat in our half-timbered house is the ideal starting point for excursions to the Black Forest, Kraichgau or to Karlsruhe and Stuttgart. Our farmhouse is located north of the "Black Forest Nature Park". Nature invites you to cycle, hike and discover: orchards, forests, meadow valleys and high moors, gorges, streams & lakes! And vineyards. But you can also relax in our garden and enjoy local wine or craft beer. We have 2 dogs and 1 cat, turtles and sheep (not always on premise).

Quiet guest apartment in our house at Horbachpark in a very quiet, central location. The old town is only 300 meters away, the Ettlingen city train station and supermarket 250 meters, A5 4 km. We live on the lower two floors. The apartment has a great view of the Black Forest. It is very suitable for 2-5 people. Max. 6 adults and 2 children by arrangement. The apartment is fully furnished (upcycling). Our house is "relatively" CO2 neutral (photovoltaic and heat pump). Waipu TV stick.

The studio is located in the east town in the immediate VICINITY OF THE KIT. There are art and culture as well as small restaurants nearby. A tram stop is 5 minutes away. You'll love my place because of the location and the surroundings. My place is good for business travelers, couples, and solo travelers. In addition, an underground parking space is available.

Weekend house in the countryside near the city

You can enjoy nature without direct neighbors and are still in the residential area of Durlach after 200 m. The pedestrian zone of Durlachs can be reached in 5 minutes by car and only 12 minutes by car is Karlsruhe, the 2nd largest city in Baden-Württemberg. A wonderful place to relax and unwind!
