The house is located on the outskirts of a residential area in Nättraby, 10 km from Karlskrona. Swimming area 2 km, store 1 km and nature nearby. Many beds, and your four-legged friends are very welcome. Feel that you have come to a relaxing environment with room for the whole family, with the possibility of walks in the woods and warm swimming in Karlskrona's archipelago. Opportunity for fishing is available at the associated jetty, but no boat moorings. Public swimming area at Knipehall, with trampoline 1 km away.

Wonderful cottage in fantastic nature by the lake Halen

Relax in this unique and quiet accommodation. With nature as a neighbor and the lake outside the door, just relax. Enjoy fishing, hiking, paddling, swimming and everything else nature has to offer. The cabin is located all by itself on a headland. There is one bedroom and a sofa bed. Electricity is available and all amenities such as fully-equipped kitchen, fridge, freezer, stove and contemporary decor. No running water, but water is available in a can. Drain is in the kitchen. There is a chemical toilet but no shower.

Cottage in Karlskrona archipelago

A detached house on Saltö, Karlskrona, with sea view and 50 m from the private landing jetty, placed on municipal shore. Access to a small rowing boat is included in the price. The hosts speak English and a bit German. Maximum guests are two adults and two children. The house is situated close to the owners house, but still has its privacy with a large terrace attached and access to an own part of the garden. Cleaning is done by the guests. Bed linen and towels can normally not be provided.

Stugan innefattar 25 kvm golv + 10kvm sovloft och har ett fullt utrustat kök samt badrum med dusch. Närhet till motionsspår och flertalet andra badplatser och bryggor. Only 15 meters from the ocean and 10 minutes from central Kalmar you find this newly built cottage. Modern amenities close to the best of nature.
