The house is located on the outskirts of a residential area in Nättraby, 10 km from Karlskrona. Swimming area 2 km, store 1 km and nature nearby. In 2026, new houses will be built about 100-200 meters from the house.

Opportunity for fishing is available at the associated jetty, but no boat moorings. Public swimming area at Knipehall, with trampoline 1 km away.

Cottage in Karlskrona archipelago

A detached house on Saltö, Karlskrona, with sea view and 50 m from the private landing jetty, placed on municipal shore. Access to a small rowing boat is included in the price. The hosts speak English and a bit German. Maximum guests are two adults and two children. The house is situated close to the owners house, but still has its privacy with a large terrace attached and access to an own part of the garden. Cleaning is done by the guests. Bed linen and towels can normally not be provided.

Stugan innefattar 25 kvm golv + 10kvm sovloft och har ett fullt utrustat kök samt badrum med dusch. Närhet till motionsspår och flertalet andra badplatser och bryggor. Only 15 meters from the ocean and 10 minutes from central Kalmar you find this newly built cottage. Modern amenities close to the best of nature.

Det är en lägenhet med havsutsikt och närhet till naturskyddsområde med vackra stigar. Det finns tillgång till hav med möjlighet att bada 50m från lägenheten. Vi har även en gästsuga på tomten som syns i bild, den heter Panorama archipelago. Våran huvud bostad som ligger vägg i vägg går att hyra när vi är iväg ”Villa panorama” båda går att hyra på Airbnb.

Möblerad altan med delvis havsutsikt och grill.

Modern stuga med panorama utsikt över Karlskrona skärgård belägen ca 10 m från havet. Sängkläder och handdukar ingår bäddat o klart när ni kommer. Tillgång till barnvänlig strand som delas med värdfamilj. Boendet lämpar sig för familj upp till 4 personer. Vid sidan av detta boende finns även en lägenhet för 2 personer att hyra på Airbnb den heter Seaside apartment. Även huvudhuset går att hyra när vi är bortresta. ”Villa archipelago”

Välkommen till vår trivsamma stuga med fantastisk havsutsikt, på Sjuhalla i Karlskronas skärgård, cirka 13 km från Karlskrona centrum. Här bor du lugnt och naturnära med badstranden endast 150 meter från stugan – som du ser från altanen. Stugan renoverades 2024/2025 och erbjuder en öppen planlösning i ett modernt och välutrustat boende med hög standard.
