Holiday rentals with lake access in Karlskrona

Rebecka and her family's house is really nice! We felt right at home. Our two children were especially happy to be able to use the toy! The house has everything you need. The surrounding area is very beautiful. We recommend!

Great place to get away, we went with our kids and they had a great time playing in the backyard and with all the toys in the house. The house is beautifully decorated and spotless, amazing!

This was our second time at the beautifull home of Johan. Perfect house on the perfect spot.

Overall, we felt very comfortable in the house and on the premises. It is in a quiet location with friendly neighbors. Only when flight service was at the nearby airport, it was noisy after all. To explore the surrounding area, a car is an advantage as there are pastures and forest without a network of paths. But in about 5 km is a slightly larger swimming lake than the one in front of the house and 5 km further are the first nature reserves with beautiful hiking trails and lakes. The archipelago coast also invites you to hike or swim.

I had a great stay at Helge's house! You can get to the island very easily and free of charge from Karlskrona. The ferry leaves approximately every 30 minutes. The few islanders were all very friendly and always greeted. The small supermarket is really very well stocked and has everything you need for weekly shopping. The house and location are at least as beautiful as in the pictures! You can only feel comfortable, switch off perfectly and forget any stress. Helge is extremely nice and accommodating. A really great host. He even has a newer boat than the one in the photo with more horsepower. I strongly recommend that Helge give a briefing, as it is quite rocky close to the water surface. I had a fantastic time. Good for dropouts, couples or family who can also occupy themselves. Price/performance was excellent!

We arrived late. The hosts provided us with everything, unlocked the house and lit the driveway, so you had an impeccable arrival. The communication here was great. The house is beautifully situated on the farm of Lotta and Jimmy, with lots of animals and in the great greenery and fields. A few minutes' walk to the coast, where you can take beautiful, long walks. By car, you can reach the next place in a few minutes, where you can stock up on all the things of everyday life. In less than 40 minutes you are in Kalmar and can also do a lot here and explore the city. The beautiful ancient cafe "Kullzenska Cafeet" is recommended here. A clear recommendation for a few quiet, relaxing days are given by us.

We were very kindly received. And got a nice touch for the breakfast. There is no TV but we did not miss that. The host was very quick to respond to the messages and make you feel very welcome. Cozy living area with a cozy bedroom.

We enjoyed the beautiful house, the nice accommodation and the beautiful surroundings very much. Everything was top and Magnus is a marvelous host. This is a truly holiday paradise on earth. Really worth it and we will definitely go back. Thanks Magnus! !

Very nice little apartment, which is equipped with everything you could need. The location between the university and the city is great and you can wake up in the morning with a view of the lake. The communication was also very easy and the check-in thanks to the key box as well.

Booking was quickly confirmed, instructions from check in to check out clear. Also the directions to the arrival perfect. Small supermarket nearby. We felt comfortable right away. Beautiful view. Parking space available, clearly recognizable as a guest parking space. We left everything as we found it, separated the garbage and left it in the apartment, as stated in the instructions, we hope that worked. I'd love to come back, it was a pleasant, uncomplicated stay. Perfect for transit.

Everything is really perfect here! We arrived as a couple and spent 12 days here. The accommodation is even more beautiful than in the pictures and is extremely well equipped. The kitchen offers everything you need. The location is incredibly beautiful. YIva and Anders are incredibly great hosts and were always available to us. We felt very comfortable and it was very clean. We can also recommend the other apartment of Ylva and Anders. We will definitely be back!

We spent 12 wonderful days in Linda and Peter's home. The location, so close to the water, is unique, quiet and beautiful. In the apartment on the 2nd floor with separate entrance, we felt 100% comfortable. It is very bright and you have a fantastic view of the archipelago landscape from the cozy sofa. Seekers of peace and relaxation will find the ideal place here. You can explore great coastal paths away from the house, but it is also a good starting point for the surrounding area, such as Kalmar or Karlskrona.

Jenny gave us a nice time as we felt right at home. In addition to tips for restaurants and activities, we were also able to explore the beautiful area ourselves. Definitely recommend!

Hi Johan! We really enjoyed staying with you. The house is nestled between a beautiful beech forest. A wonderfully relaxing time in the middle of beautiful nature and the sea so close. The terrace is spacious and offers space to relax and enjoy. We loved the pizza oven. The view from the terrace is facing the sea. A short path takes you directly to the bathing jetty or the jetty. Due to the possibility to use the boat, we spent a lot of time on the sea and discovered a lot. Our kids loved it and we rarely had such a relaxing family time. We can only recommend the property. Clean and well maintained. A place to unwind. Thank you for the wonderful time in this special place.

Wonderful place with an amazing view. There are so many places in nature you can go nearby, as well as the city of Kalmar and maybe Öland.

Large and beautiful house, quiet and relaxing place. Shared land with a tiny house, without neighbors, so you feel like you're all alone. Lake 5 minutes' walk. Good internet connection for teleworking. Garden and environment great for children, lots of games for them on site. We enjoyed the jacuzzi and tested the canoe. We were lucky enough to be able to observe deer at dusk in the nearby field. Daniela is very responsive and kind. She had prepared all the necessary equipment for our baby. Perfect place for families with children and babies.
