Hot tub on the jetty - always warm. Swimming dock 5 meters outside the door. Access to a boat. If you want to buy a fishing license, contact the host. Wood for the fireplace and sauna is included. The yard is fenced all the way to the lake and our Beagle dog Vide is often loose outside. He's nice. Use of bed linens and towels, as well as cleaning, is included.

The cottage includes 25 sqm floor + 10 sqm sleeping loft and has a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with a shower. Proximity to jogging tracks and several other bathing areas and jetties. Only 15 meters from the ocean and 10 minutes from central Kalmar you find this newly built cottage. Modern amenities close to the best of nature.

Relax in this unique and quiet accommodation. With nature as a neighbor and the lake outside the door, just relax. Enjoy fishing, hiking, paddling, swimming and everything else nature has to offer. The cabin is located all by itself on a headland. There is one bedroom and a sofa bed. Electricity is available and all amenities such as fully-equipped kitchen, fridge, freezer, stove and contemporary decor. No running water, but water is available in a can. Drain is in the kitchen. There is a chemical toilet but no shower.

Large garden in front of the sea. Close to house is a small bay with flat rocks for sunbathing and swimming.

Cottage in Karlskrona archipelago

A detached house on Saltö, Karlskrona, with sea view and 50 m from the private landing jetty, placed on municipal shore. Access to a small rowing boat is included in the price. The hosts speak English and a bit German. Maximum guests are two adults and two children. The house is situated close to the owners house, but still has its privacy with a large terrace attached and access to an own part of the garden. Cleaning is done by the guests. Bed linen and towels can normally not be provided.
