A detached house on Saltö, Karlskrona, with sea view and 50 m from the private landing jetty, placed on municipal shore. Access to a small rowing boat is included in the price. The hosts speak English and a bit German. Maximum guests are two adults and two children. The house is situated close to the owners house, but still has its privacy with a large terrace attached and access to an own part of the garden. Cleaning is done by the guests. Bed linen and towels can normally not be provided.

Utfällbart köksbord för att spara utrymme vid behov. Vardagsrummet har TV och bäddsoffa med två bäddar. Rymligt badrum med dusch. Sovrum med dubbelsäng och garderob. Sovloft med dubbelsäng. Möblerad altan med delvis havsutsikt och grill.

Modern stuga med panorama utsikt över Karlskrona skärgård belägen ca 10 m från havet. Sängkläder och handdukar ingår bäddat o klart när ni kommer. Tillgång till barnvänlig strand som delas med värdfamilj. Boendet lämpar sig för familj upp till 4 personer. Stugan renoverades 2024/2025 och erbjuder en öppen planlösning i ett modernt och välutrustat boende med hög standard.
