Modern, and well-equipped house with panoramic westerly sea view in a tranquil and green environment. Boat equipped for fishing is included for a minimum 5 nights stay, see photos for description. The house is spacious with 4 large bedrooms(8 beds), and 2 full bathrooms. There is a beautiful sea view from all rooms, and 3 large terraces to enjoy sun and shade depending on time of the day. Large garden in front of the sea. Close to house is a small bay with flat rocks for sunbathing and swimming.

Cottage in Karlskrona archipelago

A detached house on Saltö, Karlskrona, with sea view and 50 m from the private landing jetty, placed on municipal shore. Access to a small rowing boat is included in the price. The hosts speak English and a bit German. Maximum guests are two adults and two children. The house is situated close to the owners house, but still has its privacy with a large terrace attached and access to an own part of the garden. Cleaning is done by the guests. Bed linen and towels can normally not be provided.

Lantligt, lugnt boende på ö i Karlskrona skärgård med egen stor trädgård för avkoppling och lek, men som ändå ligger nära stad, köpcentrum och shopping. Många sängplatser, och era fyrbenta vänner är mycket välkomna. Känn att ni har kommit till en avkopplande miljö med plats för hela familjen, med möjlighet till promenader i skog och varma bad Karlskronas skärgård. Tillfälle till fiske finns vid tillhörande brygga, dock inga båtplatser. Allmän badplats på Knipehall, med trampolin 1 km bort.

Modern stuga endast 15 meter från stranden och bryggan som leder dig ut i havet. Boendet som byggdes 2019 ligger naturskönt på Dunö cirka 10 min (bil) söder om Kalmar. Stugan innefattar 25 kvm golv + 10kvm sovloft och har ett fullt utrustat kök samt badrum med dusch. Närhet till motionsspår och flertalet andra badplatser och bryggor. Only 15 meters from the ocean and 10 minutes from central Kalmar you find this newly built cottage. Modern amenities close to the best of nature.

There is a small beach close by and a bus line to Karlskrona Centre, just a short walk away. The price includes bed linen, towels, water, electricity, heating, fiber (wifi) and cleaning. Trädgårdshuset, både havsnära, modernt och charmigt. Perfekt både för familjer och jobbresan. 3 minuters promenad till stranden och bryggan. Altan med grill, och sol större delen av dagen, samt en gräsmatta för lek och avkoppling. Sänglinne, handdukar och städning ingår för en smidig vistelse. 15 min med bil till Karlskrona, eller ta skärgårdsbåten från närliggande Nättraby. Njut av lugnet i en mysig omgivning, bara ett stenkast från havet och med närhet till skärgårdens pärlor.

Sjöstugan- vår pärla precis vid sjökanten! Eget hus med sovloft, kök, vackert stort rum med braskamin och utsikt över sjön. Vedeldad bastu med dopp i sjön precis intill. Spabad på bryggan- alltid varmt. Badbrygga 5 meter utanför dörren. Tillgång till båt. Om ni vill köpa fiskekort, kontakta värd. Ved till baskamin och bastu ingår. Gården är inhägnad hela vägen till sjön och vår Beagel hund Vide är ofta lös ute. Han är snäll. Lakan, handdukar och städning ingår.

Sänglinne och badlakan 200 SEK /person Båtplats med tillhörande båt för uthyrning 3 st underbara restauranger i gångavstånd från huset samt badstrand.
