The facility is located in the picturesque village of Marczyce only 4 km from Cieplice Term, towards Karpacz. Level 1 (65 m2) two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, hallway and bathroom. Level 2 (30 m2) is a bedroom for two people and a seating area. The apartment is designed for 4–8 people. Area 1.5 ha/0.34 ha forest. A place for a bonfire.

Cozy apartment in a beautiful town

A cozy apartment in the center of Kowary - a beautiful town hidden between the Karkonosze Mountains and the Rudawy Janowickie. From Kowary, there are numerous hiking trails (including Śnieżka, Okraj pass, Skalny Stół), which are a great alternative to the (often crowded) trails starting, for example, from Karpacz. There are also many places worth visiting in Kowary, such as the Underground Tourist Route Sztolnie Kowary, the Miniature Park of Lower Silesian Monuments, or the Museum of Sentiments.

Five minutes from the apartment is the Wolf Waterfall. Come to recharge, immerse yourself in nature, and discover the true charms of the Giant Mountains!

The apartment has a balcony overlooking the nearby forests. The entrance to the staircase is located at the upper parking lot. Guests have access to a public ski room (entrance from the outside with a code, next to the entrance to the staircase). There is a large, free car park located under the building.
