A quiet neighborhood in the middle of the lower Karpacz, surrounded by meadows with nice visits of roe deer, deer and rabbits. At the same time, it is close to the center (10 minutes on foot). Magnificent views of the Karkonosze and Rudawy mountains. It is a perfect place for dog owners - walking areas with wild meadows just behind our fence. A cozy apartment in the center of Kowary - a beautiful town hidden between the Karkonosze Mountains and the Rudawy Janowickie. From Kowary, there are numerous hiking trails (including Śnieżka, Okraj pass, Skalny Stół), which are a great alternative to the (often crowded) trails starting, for example, from Karpacz. There are also many places worth visiting in Kowary, such as the Underground Tourist Route Sztolnie Kowary, the Miniature Park of Lower Silesian Monuments, or the Museum of Sentiments.

The Apartamenty w górach BK facility is located in Karpacz, near the Wang church, the Alpine Coaster mountain railway, the Kolorowa summer toboggan run and 150 m from the Gołębiewski hotel (aquapark, bowling alley, children's playroom and disco). All apartments include a living room, a seating area with a sofa, a TV, cable channels, Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchenette, a dishwasher and a bathroom. Welcome to a 48 sqm apartment, situated 200 meters from the National Park of Giant Mounts border. It is the only apartment in this building. Below there is a sauna for Guests and a private garage. You will find here place for up to 4 Guests. We installed central heating and a fireplace. Apartment Jagodka has a sunny 10 sqm balcony, living room with a fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, elegant bathroom and a bedroom. There is also a free parking place for Your car/cars.

The two-room, 35 square meters flat, whit bedroom and cosy living-room, can fit four people, perfect for those who want to explore the region - both the nature and the culture.

Apartament Słoneczna Panorama is a studio designed for 3 people. The area of approx. 28m2 consists of a living room with an annex and a seating area, and a bathroom. The apartment has a large, south-facing balcony where you can relax after hikes and fill your eyes with the view. As part of your stay, you can use the free parking space in the underground garage. We also allow a dog for an additional fee.

DZIK near Karpacz cottage with sauna & fireplace

Staniszów 40 is an ideal starting point for hikes and tours in the beautiful surrounding area. The cottage is suitable for small groups, families or friends. Cooking together or relaxing by the fireplace is fun here. We hope that our guests will only spend peaceful and happy hours in our Dzik cottage. The house is situated on a hill, close to a road with light traffic.
