Feel at home with us – in this sunny and quiet holiday apartment. It is located directly in the former vineyards of the Ahr Valley. We renovated it in 2022 and made sure to combine old and new into an ideal place for relaxation. A fully equipped kitchen awaits you. The bedroom has a double bed 180 cm with two mattresses. In the living room, there is a sofa bed 140 cm x 200 cm, where two additional guests can sleep.

Time living in Linz am Rhein

The beautiful new building apartment (53m²) on the ground floor is within walking distance of the old town of Linz. It has two rooms with box spring bed in the bedroom and sofa bed in the living room. A small balcony and car parking space is present. The kitchen has a stove with an oven, mini fridge, coffee maker and kettle. The living room is equipped with a cable TV. Bed linen and towels are provided.

The small apartment

Our "small apartment" offers a cozy and stylish overnight stay for up to two people. Here you can cook in the fully equipped kitchen and enjoy the wonderful view of the Drachenfels from the dining table. The bathroom is located one staircase below. There is a spacious waterfall shower here. The "highlight" of the Gründerzeit villa, our large garden with old trees invites you to linger and relax.

Guest suite at the Lindenhof

In the middle of nature is our popular suite at Lindenhof. Business or pleasure. Whether hiking, cycling, or just relaxing. Bruchhausen has a lot to offer and is located on a spacious terrace on the edge of the Rhein-Westerwald Nature Park above the Rhine Valley with views of the Hocheifel and the Siebengebirge. Enjoy your stay in this peaceful and centrally-located place in a renovated house from the Gründerzeit period. It consists of 2 guest rooms in the main house and a closed area with private bathroom, kitchen and third guest room in the rear house. Here you have direct access to a beautiful backyard with garden, which is wonderfully suitable for relaxing or barbecuing in the summer.
