Welcome to ARTEna, our small apartment in Kassel. The apartment is 39 square meters and faces north. Through the large window fronts in the living-dining room, the room is flooded with light and you have a beautiful view of the garden. The kitchenette is equipped with everything. - Dishwasher - Stove with oven - Range hood - Fridge with freezer compartment The ceiling height in this room is only 1.95 m. The bedroom adjoins this room. The bedroom has a 1.60 m wide bed and a walk-in closet. Linens and towels are included. In the bedroom is the TV and a small desk. From the bedroom you enter the bathroom, which has a shower. Outside there is a small glass house with plants and seating. In front of the apartment is a beautiful terrace with garden furniture. The apartment is located in Kassel/Kirchditmold. Here you are in the middle of the countryside in the immediate vicinity of the forest. You can walk to Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe. However, there is also a good connection to public transport. The front west with its Wilhelminian-style buildings is four tram stops away. Here it is particularly beautiful and diverse around Bebelplatz. Grocery stores are within walking distance. We are happy to give you tips on what you can experience in Kassel and the surrounding area.

Our newly renovated tiny house for 2 - 4 people awaits you, nestled under the magnificent linden tree in our garden at the edge of the forest of Ziegenhagen. It is only 5 km from the A7 and yet "at the end of the world" and offers many excursion destinations in Frau-Holle-Land with its castles and palaces. The beautiful half-timbered towns of Witzenhausen and Hann. Münden are only 10 km away. Likewise, our little ones (and big ones) can expect an enchanting old-fashioned/modern original amusement park.

Wohnung auf unserem Gutshof. Ferien auf dem kleinen Bauernhof mit Schafen , Ziegen, Hühnern und Katzen und Hund . Alleinlage inmitten der Natur …unser Gutshof ist nur 5 km von der Abfahrt Malsfeld/ A7 entfernt und trotzdem absolut ruhig und ohne Nachbarn. Wer zu uns zu Besuch kommt, darf gerne unsere eigenen Eier probieren und sich wie zu Hause fühlen und unser gesamtes 20.000 am großes Grundstück nutzen und erkunden. Wir haben für Kinder :Trampolin, Tischtennisplatte , Rutsche & Sandkasten

The location is ideal for anyone who appreciates peace and quiet, nature, swimming lakes and natural surroundings. In nearby towns of Borken and Frielendorf (approx. 6 km), you will find all the major supermarkets and restaurants. Beautiful hiking trails invite you to slow down. We look forward to welcoming you!

The large bed (160x200 cm) is separated by the room layout; shower room. Important notes The apartment is on the 2nd floor, the upper staircase is steep. The bed is under a sloping roof. Wir sind eine junge Familie und bieten euch eine liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung im Landkreis Kassel – gestaltet nach dem Motto „Wie für mich selbst“. Zur Wohnung gehören eine ca. 20 m² große, teilüberdachte Terrasse sowie ein Garten. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen: von Gewürzen und Gesellschaftsspielen über Waschmaschine, Fliegengitter bis hin zu Pflegeprodukten. Ruhig gelegen, die Documenta-Stadt Kassel ist in ca. 15 Minuten erreichbar.

Especially around the Nationalpark Kellerwald-Edersee.

Public transport is within walking distance. The Nordhessen-Arena, Auestation, the Auepark with the beautiful orangery is very close. Restaurants, cinema, museum landscape, exhibition halls and the city center invite you to linger.
