Lovely place to stay and well set up - we had a very comfortable couple of days Fabulous to be welcomed with fresh produce most of which was home grown in the fridge and a bottle of wine as well as oils and vinegar and tea and coffee Would definitely stay there again

Definitely the best choice I have made. Location and decor and surrounding gardens. All wonderful.

This property is on the top of our list of all of the Super-host level properties we’ve been at whether Air B&B or any other platform. Premium quality and high marks for design aesthetics promoting maximum relaxation inside or in the yard with breathtaking views all day long and spectacular sunsets. All meals at the property must be had out doors! It was a perfect retreat after long days of sightseeing. We would rent it again in a heartbeat and will recommend it to family. John & Autumn

May 2025, 10 nights stay for three (2 adults, 1 toddler). Villa is really fantastic. Beautiful view of the sea and the bay. It offers plenty of space for more people (2 couples, 4-6 friends, 2 families) and for longer stays (storage space, cupboards and shelves, etc.). The furnishings correspond to the description and offer, even in the kitchen, everything you need. Our highlight was the covered terrace. Our flight was moved up at short notice. A significantly earlier check-in was no problem at all in our case. Stelios is a very friendly, helpful and dedicated host. We recommend him and his villa without reservation. Small restriction: the accommodation is a bit off the beaten track or the region is a bit scattered (mainly due to the geography of the terrain). Without your own car, it will be a bit difficult in our opinion. However, there is a free parking space directly at the house.

Everything was well organized, the communication was good and the location was perfect. Great place to stay.

This house is an extremely special place. The view from the balcony into the valley was absolutely stunning, the furnishings are lovely and tasteful, and the recommendations that Apo provided were spot on. The tavern in the village fed us fit to burst, and we couldn’t stop talking about how we hope to return again someday. Thank you for sharing this beautiful space with us ❤️

An absolutely perfect stay! The villa was beautiful, very stylishly decorated and immaculately clean. Everything was really thought of: coffee, tea, sugar, spices, two coffee machines, tea maker, microwave, oven, stove, large refrigerator, freezer with ice cubes and complete kitchen equipment – absolutely nothing was missing. The pool was sparkling clean🏊, the grill station perfectly equipped🔥. The fantastic view of the sea 🌊 was a real highlight and ensured relaxed moments. Also air conditioning in every room❄️, modern TV 📺 and stable, fast internet - everything worked smoothly. We felt completely comfortable, didn't have to worry about anything and could just enjoy the time😌. The host has prepared everything with great attention to detail – from the furnishings to the cleanliness. We are very grateful for this wonderful experience and will definitely come back! Absolute recommendation – 10 out of 10! 🌟

This very clean and ultra-modern holiday home exceeded all our expectations! Such a warm personal welcome from the owners. A well-stocked refrigerator on arrival, as well as fruit, coffee and refreshments. Beautiful large private swimming pool. Fantastic luxurious enjoyment in all comfort with comfortable loungers and bathrobes/slippers. It was perfect for us, definitely recommend it and will undoubtedly come back soon!

Place is right next to a pedestrian walk with lots of nightlife. (But far enough away that there are no noise issues.

Our stay was perfect. The place was exactly as described, clean, comfortable and well equipped. The location was ideal, very quiet and close to the beach. Despina was very welcoming and always available if we needed anything. Highly recommend this place and we'll be back with pleasure!

I was there for 8 nights with my girlfriend in early September and it was amazing! Both in terms of price and location, an absolute gem 💎 Analipsi as a place is also absolutely recommended if you want to have a relaxing and unforgettable vacation - from great restaurants with sea views to traditional Greek tavernas in the city center and absolutely warm people - and all within walking distance of the apartment! 🇬🇷 The sea was breathtakingly clear and the sandy beach was also a 5-minute walk from the apartment! It was just fantastic to get up in the morning in the best sunny weather to go to the balcony and enjoy the view of palm trees and the sea on the horizon 🌊☀️ Everything you need is on site and the connections to neighboring cities such as Chersonisos are also cheap and versatile 😁🙏🏽 I would book the apartment through Kallia again at any time! 🤝🏽 Thanks for this great place and the easy handling! 🫶🏽

Maria and Stella let us experience the amazing Greek hospitality. They helped us to get from and to bus station and were always ready to help. The place is wonderful, so peaceful, clean and cozy. It’s a perfect place to rest and slow down. The apartament was very clean and the neighborhood is spectacular. Analipsi is full of charm and not so crowded, we really enjoyed our time here. I truly recommend this place and it’s wonderful hosts!

We were very satisfied with the apartment. The landlords were very welcoming. We were even personally greeted at 2:00 in the morning. The apartment was very clean and as described. The pool was really great and what was also great: The landlords take very good care of the pool. The day after our arrival, we had heavy Sahara rain and there was red dust / sand everywhere. The pool was also dirty and the landlord really worked all day to get the pool clean again. So that we could also use the pool 2x before we moved to the west of Crete. The apartment has good fly screens, so no insects can enter the apartment, except through the apartment door. :D There was only one disadvantage to the apartment. She's really sensitive. So noises come across relatively loud in the apartment. The four of us slept in the apartment, which was a little disruptive. Earplugs were a good solution. :D

Niki and Cristos were really lovely and friendly hosts. Fresh flowers, homemade biscuits and cake, wine etc were provided and left in the apartment. The apartment was bright and clean. They treated us as family and really made us feel at home. Surrounded by the most amazing mountains. Beautiful people on beautiful Bali. What more could you ask for? Eif charisto! Our stay at Katerina’s place was nothing short of perfect! She is a great host, very kind and helpful, the place is stunning, with a beautiful view of the sea and walking distance to the beach. Tasos is an extremely welcoming host. When we arrived late, we found a generously stocked fridge and freezer. Fruits, jams, rusks and cold and hot drinks were waiting for us. And Tasos was absolutely adorable to make our stay easier. We really appreciate it. Her apartment is very nice , the jacuzzi and the beautiful view make it a rare find. We highly recommend this rental, even more appreciated thanks to the many details Tasos has thought of.

The apartment is very pleasant : clean, modern, spacious and perfectly equipped. The small balcony and roof terrace are a real plus and add to the apartment's charm. Erietta and Manolis provide numerous recommendations for discovering Heraklion and its best addresses, which is particularly appreciated. Very responsive and attentive, they ensure that everything runs smoothly. An excellent experience, which I recommend without hesitation!

I‘m more that happy that we decided to stay at Dimitri‘s place. He ish very kind and helped us right away, if we had any questions. The location is peaceful and has a great view. The beach is not far away and the size of the apartment is just perfekt for a single person or a couple. I will definitely visit again.
