Lovely place to stay and well set up - we had a very comfortable couple of days Fabulous to be welcomed with fresh produce most of which was home grown in the fridge and a bottle of wine as well as oils and vinegar and tea and coffee Would definitely stay there again

Wir waren am Anfang und am Ende bei alexis und nikolette. Es ist wirklich ein wunderschöner Ort, wo man sich sehr sehr wohlfühlt. Alles ist liebevoll gestaltet. Und verhungern muss man auch nicht. This property is on the top of our list of all of the Super-host level properties we’ve been at whether Air B&B or any other platform. Premium quality and high marks for design aesthetics promoting maximum relaxation inside or in the yard with breathtaking views all day long and spectacular sunsets. All meals at the property must be had out doors! It was a perfect retreat after long days of sightseeing. We would rent it again in a heartbeat and will recommend it to family. John & Autumn

Mai 2025, 10 Nächte Aufenthalt zu dritt (2 Erwachsene, 1 Kleinkind). Die Villa ist wirklich traumhaft. Wunderschöner Blick aufs Meer und die Bucht. Sie bietet sehr viel Platz auch für mehr Personen (2 Paare, 4-6 Freunde, 2 Familien) und für längere Aufenthalte (Stauraum, Schränke und Regale, etc.). Die Ausstattung entspricht der Beschreibung und bietet, auch in der Küche, alles was man brauchen kann. Unser Highlight war die überdachte Terrasse. Unser Flug wurde kurzfristig vorverlegt. Ein deutlich früherer Check-In war in unserem Fall überhaupt kein Problem. Stelios ist ein sehr freundlicher, hilfsbereiter und engagierter Gastgeber. Wir empfehlen Ihn und seine Villa ohne Einschränkung weiter. Kleine Einschränkung: die Unterkunft ist etwas ab vom Schuss bzw. die Region ist etwas zersiedelt (hauptsächlich wegen der Geographie des Geländes). Ohne eigenes Auto wird es etwas schwierig unserer Meinung nach. Einen kostenfreien Parkplatz direkt am Haus gibt es aber.

Wunderschöne, gepflegte Anlage, direkt am Meer gelegen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und großzügig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

This house is an extremely special place. The view from the balcony into the valley was absolutely stunning, the furnishings are lovely and tasteful, and the recommendations that Apo provided were spot on. The tavern in the village fed us fit to burst, and we couldn’t stop talking about how we hope to return again someday. Thank you for sharing this beautiful space with us ❤️

Ein absolut perfekter Aufenthalt! Die Villa war wunderschön, sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und makellos sauber. Es war wirklich an alles gedacht: Kaffee, Tee, Zucker, Gewürze, zwei Kaffeemaschinen, Teekocher, Mikrowelle, Backofen, Herd, großer Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank mit Eiswürfeln und vollständiges Küchenequipment – es fehlte absolut nichts. Der Pool war blitzsauber 🏊, die Grillstation perfekt ausgestattet 🔥. Besonders die traumhafte Aussicht auf das Meer 🌊 war ein echtes Highlight und sorgte für entspannte Momente. Auch Klimaanlagen in jedem Raum ❄️, moderner Fernseher 📺 und stabiles, schnelles Internet – alles funktionierte reibungslos. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt, mussten uns um nichts kümmern und konnten die Zeit einfach nur genießen 😌. Der Gastgeber hat alles mit viel Liebe zum Detail vorbereitet – von der Ausstattung bis zur Sauberkeit. Wir sind sehr dankbar für diese wundervolle Erfahrung und kommen definitiv wieder! Dit zeer proper en ultramodern vakantieverblijf overtrof al onze verwachtingen! Zulk hartelijk persoonlijk ontvangst door de eigenaars. Een goed gevulde ijskast bij aankomst, net zoals fruit, koffie en versnaperingen. Prachtig groot privézwembad. Fantastisch luxueus genieten in alle comfort met comfortabele ligzetels en badjassen/-sleffers. Het was perfect voor ons, raden het zeker aan en komen ongetwijfeld snel terug!

Le logement est beau et propre. Il est bien situé pour aller marcher au port, à la Forteresse et dans les rues touristiques de la ville! Un ascenseur facilite la montée des bagages. Ce que j’ai préféré est de prendre un petit verre sur la terrasse en admirant la vue!

Notre séjour a été parfait. Le logement était exactement comme décrit, propre, confortable et bien équipé. L’emplacement était idéal, très calme et proche de la plage. Despina a été très accueillante et toujours disponible si on avait besoin de quelque chose. Je recommande vivement cet endroit et nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Es war so schön dort! Die perfekte Kombination aus Strand, Meer und Stadt. Die Lage ist perfekt. Der Strand direkt vor der Nase, aber gleichzeitig kann man ein paar Minuten zu Fuß laufen und durch die vielen Touri Shops bummeln. Es gibt Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt in der Nähe. Auch Restaurants, Cafes und Strandbars sind in der Nähe. Der Strand ist sauber und man kann schön ins Wasser gehen. Das Stadtzentrum ist nur ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt und ich habe gesehen dass es auch eine super Busanbindung gibt. Zudem war Georgios super nett. Ohne Nachfragen hat er uns so viele Tipps für die Umgebung geschickt, die echt hilfreich waren. Sonntags gab es leider wegen starkem Wind Sahara Staub der mit einer Regenschauer runterkam und die tolle Terasse war komplett braun und nicht mehr nutzbar. Wir haben Georgios angeschrieben und er war innerhalb kürzester Zeit da um die Terasse wieder sauber zu machen. Einfach ein riesiges Dankeschön für alles, es war ein toller Urlaub:)

Ich war für 8 Nächte mit meiner Freundin Anfang September vor Ort und es war überragend! Sowohl preislich als auch von der Lage ein absolutes Juwel 💎 Analipsi als Ort auch absolut empfehlenswert wenn man einen erholsamen und unvergesslichen Urlaub haben möchte - von tollen Restaurants mit Meerblick bis hin zu Griechisch traditionellen Tavernen in der Innenstadt und absolut warmherzigen Menschen - und das alles wenige Gehminuten vom Apartment entfernt! 🇬🇷 Das Meer war atemberaubend klar und der Sandstrand ebenfalls nur 5 Gehminuten vom Apartment entfernt! Es war einfach nur traumhaft morgens aufzustehen bei bestem sonnigen Wetter auf den Balkon zu gehen und den Anblick auf Palmen und dem Meer am Horizont zu genießen 🌊☀️ Alles was man benötigt gibt es vor Ort und auch die Anbindungen zu benachbarten Städten wie Chersonisos sind günstig und vielseitig 😁🙏🏽 Jederzeit würde ich das Apartment über Kallia erneut buchen! 🤝🏽 Lieben Dank für diese tolle Unterkunft und die einfache Abwicklung! 🫶🏽

Maria and Stella let us experience the amazing Greek hospitality. They helped us to get from and to bus station and were always ready to help. The place is wonderful, so peaceful, clean and cozy. It’s a perfect place to rest and slow down. The apartament was very clean and the neighborhood is spectacular. Analipsi is full of charm and not so crowded, we really enjoyed our time here. I truly recommend this place and it’s wonderful hosts!

Wir waren mit der Ferienwohnung sehr zufrieden. Die Vermieter waren sehr gastfreundlich. Wir wurden sogar um 2:00 Uhr nachts noch persönlich empfangen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und wie beschrieben. Der Pool war richtig toll und was auch toll war: Die Vermieter kümmern sich sehr gut um den Pool. Wir hatten am Tag nach unserer Ankunft heftigen Sahara Regen und überall war roter Staub / Sand. Der Pool war entsprechend auch schmutzig und der Vermieter hat echt den ganzen Tag daran gearbeitet den Pool wieder sauber zu bekommen. So dass wir den Pool auch noch 2x nutzen konnten, bevor wir in den Westen von Kreta weitergezogen sind. Die Wohnung hat gute Fliegengitter, so das keine Insekten in die Wohnung können, außer durch die Wohnungstür. :D Es gab nur einen Nachteil an der Wohnung. Sie ist wirklich hellhörig. Also Geräusche kommen in der Wohnung relativ laut rüber. Wir haben zu viert in der Wohnung geschlafen, das hat schon ein wenig gestört. Ohrenstöpsel waren eine gute Lösung. :D

Niki and Cristos were really lovely and friendly hosts. Fresh flowers, homemade biscuits and cake, wine etc were provided and left in the apartment. The apartment was bright and clean. They treated us as family and really made us feel at home. Surrounded by the most amazing mountains. Beautiful people on beautiful Bali. What more could you ask for? Eif charisto! Our stay at Katerina’s place was nothing short of perfect! She is a great host, very kind and helpful, the place is stunning, with a beautiful view of the sea and walking distance to the beach. We felt right at home, the apartment was spotless and we immediately fell in love with her dog Marcos, so adorable! I would definitely come back asap. Thank you!

Pobyt v Athina's apartmánu byl velmi příjemný, všechno jsme měli na dosah. Cesta na letiště trvá něco málo přes 15 minut a zastávka je pár metrů od budovy. Vybavení bytu bylo krásné a cítili jsme se tam jako doma. Součástí vybavení byla i klimatizace, která byla skvělým společníkem, zároveň jsme rádi využívali i balkon, kde se člověk mohl nasnídat. Komunikace s hostitelkou byla vždy pohotová, získali jsme potřebné informace a k bytu jsme se dostali hned. I příjezd byl velmi flexibilní, což jsme hodně ocenili.

Tasos est un hôte extrêmement accueillant. À notre arrivée tardive, nous avons trouvé un frigo et un congélateur généreusement garni. Des fruits, des confitures, des biscottes et des boissons fraîches et chaudes nous attendaient. Et Tasos a été absolument adorable pour nous faciliter le séjour. Nous lui en sommes très reconnaissants. Son appartement est très agréable , le jacuzzi et la vue magnifique en font une perle rare. Nous recommandons vivement cette location, encore plus appréciée grâce aux nombreux détails auxquels Tasos a pensé.

The apartment is very pleasant : clean, modern, spacious and perfectly equipped. The small balcony and roof terrace are a real plus and add to the apartment's charm. Erietta and Manolis provide numerous recommendations for discovering Heraklion and its best addresses, which is particularly appreciated. Very responsive and attentive, they ensure that everything runs smoothly. An excellent experience, which I recommend without hesitation!

I‘m more that happy that we decided to stay at Dimitri‘s place. He ish very kind and helped us right away, if we had any questions. The location is peaceful and has a great view. The beach is not far away and the size of the apartment is just perfekt for a single person or a couple. I will definitely visit again.

Everything about our stay was perfect. Kostis was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The location was absolutely amazing and close to everything we wanted to see. The place itself was clean, comfortable and had the best view. I would definitely book it again in the future and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay

Susanna is a great host definitely recommend her. she has a spacious sunny clean place with a small backyard at a non touristic part of the island. always responsive and accommodative.
