Holiday rentals with lake access in Katowice

The large - really very well appointed - kitchen and the large dining and living room was really beautiful. Very nice bright, and with a nice view of the garden and the lake behind. Also from the large table on the terrace you have a great view of the beautiful garden - even with a small pool - and of course view of the lake. You can really feel comfortable in the house. The location is really very nice and quiet. The access to the lake is possible via a short path through a gate (key is included). There is a lot of nature or even the small stand to discover by bike or on foot. We enjoyed it very much, and we could be active and also relax well. We would come back in a heartbeat if we go back to this area.

The place was great. It lies in the beautiful surroundings of the forest surrounded by lakes. We had plenty of privacy and at the same time everything went smoothly, and the host communicated with us whenever there was anything needed. The house provided all the necessary amenities, the hot water barrel was great and always ready to use. The place is suitable and quite comfortable for 6 people (it is possible to unfold the couch in the living room). Only need to be mindful of hot water, which quickly ran out if a lot of people were showering at once. Overall, we rate the stay very well and recommend. And thanks again for checking in!:)

I highly recommend this place! Everything in the cottage is set up for both guests and their four-legged friends! Quiet neighborhood, beautiful forest by the fence, nice neighbors. We want to go back 🌻

Peace, well-equipped home, kitchens, rooms. Some of the comforts we haven't met anywhere so far. Practical decor and furnishings. Backyard, Recreation, BBQ, Gazebo. In the rooms kitchens, annexes, for each room. Ewenement.

I found everything as described. A parking spot is a huge plus. The hosts are lovely, the place is as described, clean, spacious. I highly recommend the place.

Staying at Fillip's place was a unique and unforgettable experience! The place was well-equipped and surprisingly comfortable. The house was perfect for kids, with plenty of space and a lovely lake . Filip was an outstanding host, always quick to respond and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We can’t wait to come back!

Very positively quirky place. It has super magic. Located in a very charming place and allowing you to rest easy. I recommend it for warmer months, but it's also nice in the winter. :)

My short stay was very pleasant. I really liked the interior design oft the apartment. In summary I liked everything, besides one thing, which was the bed. I felt like a cheap, old, uncomfortable mattress. So did the blanket and the pillow. Maybe these things just need to be replaced. Other than that, I definitely recommend!

I would definitely recommend it. Lovely hosts facing the expectations of guests:)) Cottage tastefully furnished, clean and elegant. There was everything we needed. The neighborhood is quiet, intimate. You can really relax there. We'll be back:))

It is a holiday home away from the hustle and bustle of the city, above the backwaters of Warta in front of the reservoir in Poraju. Contacting the owners is great, you can arrange a convenient arrival time. It is a detached cottage, we were in it in November - before the accommodation it was horny in the fireplace, so that the inside was already warm and you could feel the homey atmosphere. The whole house is made of wood. Perfect for a holiday stay of a larger group of people. Upstairs, there is a larger room with 4 beds (4x single or 2x double beds), and two smaller rooms with 2 beds (2x single or 1x double), additionally there is a couch and a corner in the conservatory, and a corner in the living room). The best access from the south via Konwaliowa Street (especially after dark). Surrounded by forest areas, fields - for walking. Extremely atmospheric conservatory - it was well heated by electric heaters present in the room at an outdoor temperature of about 2-3 degrees C. Electric heaters in the entire cottage are enough to heat the rooms when the fireplace is not burning.

It was a very nice stay. The hosts were super nice and arranged everything very easily for us. The beautiful Christmas decorations of course also stood out for the holidays. In winter, it would still make sense to set up radiant heaters (heaters) in the winter garden (behind the tarpaulin)! Still highly recommended - Thank you both ☺️

Agata is such a nice host. We really enjoyed the peaceful weekend in the nice cottage. Everything was prepared, clean and the place really looked better than on the photos. Agata was quick at responding and was really helpful. We recommend this place to anyone who wants to unwind and relax.
