Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Katowice

The place was great. It lies in the beautiful surroundings of the forest surrounded by lakes. We had plenty of privacy and at the same time everything went smoothly, and the host communicated with us whenever there was anything needed. The house provided all the necessary amenities, the hot water barrel was great and always ready to use. The place is suitable and quite comfortable for 6 people (it is possible to unfold the couch in the living room). Only need to be mindful of hot water, which quickly ran out if a lot of people were showering at once. Overall, we rate the stay very well and recommend. And thanks again for checking in!:)

In one word, super! A few minor problems with the shower, But otherwise a super accommodation, cozy and everything clean! We had a fantastic stay.

Great place, close to a lot of good hiking routes, very pleasant service. All necessary amenities provided, comfy beds. No room for improvement!

We visited our family in Poland and the location was excellent. It was all there and we felt very comfortable.

We had a really nice time - everything was great! The hot tub was as described, worked perfectly and there was enough wood to heat it – also for grilling. The nights were quiet and very relaxing. The accommodation is somewhat hidden on the slope in the forest, but thanks to the lovingly described route we found it quite easily. The facility is completely fenced and video-monitored, which gave us a feeling of security. We were given a lot of trust, which we greatly appreciated. There is a lot to discover in the area, and the view of the reservoir is simply fantastic. Clear recommendation!

Staying at Fillip's place was a unique and unforgettable experience! The place was well-equipped and surprisingly comfortable. The house was perfect for kids, with plenty of space and a lovely lake . Filip was an outstanding host, always quick to respond and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We can’t wait to come back!

We were completely satisfied again, even our dog feels very comfortable here! This time, Waclaw gave us valuable tips for the area and helped us when our car broke down. Thanks to his help, we were able to quickly find a workshop and a rental car service. He and his wife are very nice and pleasant hosts. Her dog is also friendly and cuddly. We enjoyed the stay again very much. Thank you for everything!

Great place! Fully equiped, spacious, in a quiet private corner surrounded by nature. Perfect for families or for friends gatherings in a discrete setting. We had a particular appreciation for the parking place, the terrace equipped with a gas grill, the comfy bed, the green space around the house and the communication with the host. A big thanks!

Staying with Ania was a great experience. Contact with the hostess from the very beginning was exemplary – Ania very quickly and patiently answered all questions. Upon arrival, a nice surprise awaited us in the form of a bottle of water in the fridge – a small gesture, but very much appreciated. The apartment itself is of a very high standard – it is well-maintained, clean and perfectly equipped, we did not miss anything. An additional advantage is the location – a quiet neighborhood, and at the same time very close to the center of Katowice and all the most important attractions. Highly recommended and would love to come back!

Great stay, wish I had stayed for longer time

Fully photo-compliant apartment, sufficient equipment for a comfortable stay. Despite the heat outside, it was pleasantly cool inside, which allowed us to relax. Very good communication with a guest who proactively offered additional amenities. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay, the location was nice (~10 minutes Uber to town) and the neighborhood was quiet. Good value for the price.

It was a wonderful stay very close to grocery stores, restaurants and down town!

We stayed for two nights at Magdalena’s apartment and really enjoyed our time. If you enjoy walking it is easy to get to the city center in about 15 minutes where you find a lot of nice restaurants. A supermarket is nearby and gated parking is available. If you enjoy cooking for yourself there is a small kitchenette, and Magdalena was very supportive in getting extra items. Thank you 🙏

I recommend to everyone :) Very good contact with the owner, we were given all the necessary information. The apartment is exactly like the photos : new, clean, fully furnished and equipped with all the necessary equipment, in a quiet area from where it is close to the most important attractions of Zabrze: the Luiza and Guido mine. Next to grocery stores. We will definitely use it again for our next visit. Best regards :)
