Holiday rentals with a patio in Katwijk

Very cozy apartment just a few minutes' walk from the beach promenade. The accommodation was as described and perfect for a short weekend trip. Gladly again!

Very friendly hosts with a nicely renovated apartment in the basement of their house near the beach with its great beach bars. We were greeted with wine and chocolate. If you (like us) want to arrive by electric car, there are charging stations just 50 meters further along the same street. Very pleasant! Thank you so much for everything, Danielle and Mike!

We had a fantastic stay at this amazing house! The place is beautifully furnished, spacious, and equipped with every comfort you could need. Each room has its own unique charm, and the small bridge connecting them adds a really special touch. The veranda outside was a lovely surprise. You can tell there’s been great attention to detail throughout the property, and we truly felt at home. Even the kids had a great time! Highly recommended for families or anyone looking for a cozy yet stylish retreat.

The stay was beautiful. The apartment is so lovingly furnished that you feel right at home. There were three of us on vacation with a dog and we had more than enough space. The cleanliness of the accommodation was phenomenal, even the smallest details were taken care of. Within not even 5 minutes you were on the beach, perfect location. Sandra is a very sweet and accommodating hostess. We felt right at home. Our dog also received a gift. Everything went as smoothly as possible. We definitely look forward to coming back!

Martine & Robert's studio in Noordwijk is super cozy and has a great location!🤩 There's nothing missing and Martine was always available for questions. Highly recommended for a nice break for two or alone. Parking is within walking distance and the beach is outstanding☀️

This apartment was exactly as described and shown in the pictures—clean, bright, and cozy. We are so happy we chose it! Demi, the host, was also incredibly kind and shared some great local recommendations, which were really helpful❤️❤️ The rooftop terrace is just stunning. I could have stayed there all day! I highly recommend these apartments.

We had a wonderful time at Maayke's house. We were there with a family friend and were able to fully enjoy the stay. Especially great for our daughter: the two dairies with access to the animals, the nearby lake and the sea. Getting around by bus and train was totally easy and like the times before, we were very excited about the infrastructure of the Netherlands. Jochem's place is, as others have said, whimsical and creative. He is the ultimate host, very generous with snacks, groceries, coffee, and wine (thank you!). It is clear that he has worked hard to create a unique environment. Here is our list of pros and cons: Pros: Communicative, responsive, kind and generous host Great, safe location - we walked everywhere in this beautiful city Very well stocked fridge, a bottle of wine as a welcome Great shower Nice, big bed Washer and dryer Cons: While Jochem has created nice "mood" lighting, it was somewhat dark for us, and particularly for a woman trying to put on makeup, fix hair, etc. There was absolutely no storage for our clothing, and being on a long trip, it was a challenge living out of suitcases on the floor. The toilet room sink is very tiny with only cold water, and we had to use the kitchen sink to wash up and brush our teeth. I could barely walk around the bed as it takes up most of the bedroom.

I had a great one-night stay! The place was lovely — clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The host was clear and responsive in their communication, which made everything smooth. Perfect for a short, comfortable stay. Highly recommend!

Excellent, well kept , modern apartment with easy access. We visited with our young daughter and faced no issues. Parking is available nearby and the location is amazing with both the shopping street and beach easily accessible at a walking distance. The apartment is well furnished. Totally recommended.

It was a fantastic experience staying at Tom’s house. There is everything you need and also super clean. Friendly to the pet. Our cat and dog enjoyed it too. The house is located in a calm community, near the big city. If you drive a car, Tom’s house should be the first choice! It’s for sure that we will choose Tom’s house.

Ruby's accommodation was superbly located to visit the surrounding cities. The apartment was spacious and the sofa bed was also more of a bed than a couch. We 5 girls could not skip anything and enjoyed the time in the accommodation.

Karen was able to meet us at her house and walked us through. The location is perfect to explore the city. Bus 22 is right in front of the property and can get you to many places. We enjoyed our stay.

Words cannot express just how fortunate we were to find this place. Amanda is a fabulous host, responsive, friendly and so welcoming. The location is excellent, a short walk from the centre of town and likewise to the train station. So peaceful and handy amenities on the doorstep. Els was very flexible about the arrival. She was extremely accommodating and very very attentive in the form of small amenities such as drinks and snacks. Even bikes were provided to us. We were positively surprised.

We (me, my wife and our five months old baby) stayed in the apartment for two months, and had a wonderful experience. The apartment was ideal for a longer stay with a phenomenal location, amazing garden, and a very helpful and welcoming host family. They lend us things for the baby, responded quickly to all our requests, helped when we had visiting family and made us feel at home from the beginning. We can highly recommend renting this apartment, especially if you want to stay in Delft for a longer period.

Perfectly located apartment from which you can enjoy a fantastic sunset in the evening. The beach bars are in the immediate vicinity. The center is about 15 minutes on foot. A plus point is the parking space belonging to the apartment and located on the property. We can definitely recommend the stylishly furnished beach house.

Great stay! The apartment is centrally located on a beautiful canal. Despite being on the ground floor, it felt very private. Quiet, lovely design, comfortable--and a very responsive and helpful host who went above and beyond. We hope very much to return again!

Really enjoyed our stay in Zandvoort, all made easier with this property. Location was ideal, with supermarkets, cafes and the beach within walking distance.
