I had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It’s incredibly quiet — the windows face a peaceful side, and I didn’t hear any noise at all: no neighbors, no elevator sounds, nothing. Just the pleasant sound of birds singing. There’s no chance of construction happening under the windows, which is a rare and truly valuable thing in Tbilisi. It was absolutely perfect for me. The bed was very comfortable, and I slept exceptionally well, which was especially important during my trip. The apartment had everything I needed to feel comfortable and at home. The building is built of solid brick, which kept the apartment pleasantly cool even during the hot weather. The neighborhood is also something special for Tbilisi — thoughtfully designed with green squares, coworking spaces, and shops all within easy reach. Giorgi was always responsive and kind, leaving a great impression. I would definitely stay here again!

Great place if you're looking for that area specifically. If you're a tourist looking to visit, it's a bit far. Easy check in. Flat as described. Easy communication. Good WiFi. I had just one night with noise upstairs until 1am (I think they have a kid that was jumping around a lot).

Wi-Fi is stable, the equipment works without failures. A great option for both a short trip and a longer one.
