Cosy holiday home in quiet location

Welcome to our cosy holiday home! The studio apartment is located on the ground floor of our big family house and has a separate entrance. The bedroom is big and bright with exit to the garden. In the bedroom you´ll find a king-size bed consisting of two single mattresses, a wardrobe, a dresser, a table and two couches. The small kitchen is well equipped for self-supply. Breakfast is optional for an extra charge (5€ p.P.). In the recently renovated bathroom we will provide towels.

BEST LOCATION: The 2-room apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a newly built house in the middle of Pforzheim city. IT DOESN'T GET ANY MORE CENTRAL: Everything you need is right outside the door. Cafes, restaurants (also with great breakfast), beer garden, supermarkets, pedestrian zone... everything is in the immediate vicinity and within 2 minutes' walk. The CongressCentrum and the theater are also just around the corner. The train station is about 10 minutes' walk away.

"Especially now, just get out of the city and into the countryside." The apartment is located on the top floor of a completely renovated house dating back to 1745. Modern furnishings, bright rooms, an open layout, and 92 square meters of space. It sleeps 1-6 people. You can relax comfortably on a small balcony. Access is via a separate staircase. We look forward to welcoming guests who want to explore our beautiful Kraichgau region or use it as a stopover on their journey.

Vintage living (30 m²)

Our cozy vintage apartment is bright, quiet and very centrally located. It is a non-smoking apartment of about 30 m² and partially exposed sandstone walls. From April to September, we offer an outdoor seating area on the south side. Shopping and tram (5 min.) are within walking distance; ideal connection to the highway (Karlsbad). A good starting point for excursions to the countryside (Northern Black Forest) and nearby cities (e.g. Karlsruhe, Ettlingen, Pforzheim).

I rent a cozy furnished apartment (about 50 square meters) in a quiet residential area – with a separate entrance and private parking. The kitchen is fully equipped (including microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine), the bathroom has a shower, hairdryer, washing machine and dryer. It is located in a partly historic building, which during the shelling by the French in the 2nd World War II, the surrounding neighbors were granted protection in its vaulted cellar. IMPORTANT NOTE: The price for a child under 2 years is 10.00 euros and has to be paid upon arrival.
