Condo holiday rentals in Kemptown

We had a brilliant time at Steve's place. I'd read the other reviews first and personally didn't find any problems with noise at night and I'm a really light sleeper so that was a bonus! In terms of the flat, it was bigger than I'd expected which was a nice surprise and the outside area was perfect - a great sun trap and better than it looked in the photos so that was the biggest bonus of all!! I've lived in Kemptown before and know the area really well but for anyone who's never been, I really recommend it, it's got a great vibe, lovely cafes and interesting shops and really close to the sea with the outdoor pool and amazing saunas. I came for work (great wifi btw) but it ended up feeling like a holiday! Thank you very much for a lovely stay!

Great flat. Location is superb, just a few minutes walk and you are at the beach.

We stayed couple of nights at Clare's place,it was really nice,I loved her plants,it makes any place a home. Very quiet neighbourhood as well,only 30 minutes walk from town centre,if you are young it's only 25. I would highly recommend her place,clear instructions on everything as well.

Lee is a wonderful host, incredibly helpful and responsive. The apartment is lovely, really clean and very well stocked, parking was easy to find - highly recommend!!

We had a lovely weekend stay in The Flint apartment, it was beautifully decorated, immaculately clean and even better than the pictures. The apartment was in a great location to Brighton centre with everything within walking distance, we would highly recommend a stay here and hope to return in the future.

Had a wonderful stay, perfect location with access to the beach, shops and restaurants

This was our second time staying at Deborah's so we new what to expect, and it was as perfect as the first time we stayed there. The location is great - very walkable to the center of Brighton but far enough to be much more quiet and peaceful. We love that it's a large space with a real, full kitchen and dining table. It was a rainy stay, so we really appreciated that there was an umbrella there for us to use. The hosts were super responsive - when we spilled some crumbs and asked about a dust pan to clean up they brought it down within minutes! Would absolutely look for their availability first for our next trip to Brighton.

This is a great place to stay in Hove and is as described. It was positioned perfectly for us for where we needed to be to visit family. The living room is a particularly great feature with sea views and plenty of space. If arriving by car, unloading can be a bit tricky due to having to park on adjacent roads but Joanne can't help that so it's just one to be aware of. We would certainly stay here again

Excellent apartment in great location, gated community, and facing the marina. Easy distance to central Brighton either via the beach, electric railway, car or uber.... Good local restaurants if not eating in town. Apartment was well equipped, clean and functional. Secure parking. A vey enjoyable long weekend stay by the coast.

I had a very comfortable stay at Wendy’s place. The flat is well situated and I walked into the centre of town a couple of times. Wendy’s flat looks exactly like the pictures, it’s a beautiful flat and very comfortable. Wendy is a very responsive and accommodating host and there is a helpful mini guide in the flat too. I would consider staying at Wendy’s place again, as I had a good experience.

Sarah’s flat was welcoming, immaculately clean and beautifully furnished. We were encouraged to use all the toiletries and whatever else we needed. Sarah had left breakfast, tea, coffee, milk and a surprise bottle of bubbles too! There was a comprehensive handbook to guide us through our stay containing local eateries and recommendations for days out. Rather than just a place to stay Sarah’s flat was an absolute treat, highly recommended.

We stayed for 3 nights and couldn’t fault the accommodation. Everything was new. We had our dog with us and wanted to use the green space in the parks opposite but a council run music and arts festival had taken them over so this was unexpected and a little inconvenient. The location of the apartment was excellent, with the Royal Pavilion, the sea front and the Lanes being very close on foot. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay.

This was my fourth time to stay at Dan’s apartment & I keep on returning because it feels home from home for me & my partner! This time we were lucky enough to have supper at Busby & Wilds, which is only open from Thursday through to Sunday. We would definitely recommend eating there, but it’s a pity that it is only open at the weekends. Here’s to more stays at Flat 2, No 10, Sussex Square in the future!

Natalie's apartment was amazing. very clean and in a great spot! the beds were so comfy and the kitchen was very fully stocked. the bathrooms and toilets were spotless and there were plenty of towels and toiletries. would be more than happy to stay again.

Me & my friends had a lovely stay at Richard’s to celebrate my birthday. Richard left us with a bottle of Prosecco, some cans of beer, bacon, eggs, fresh bread & a selection of cereal which we was not expecting. The place was lovely and clean, fully stocked with anything we may need. He also had incredible views from every window of the house. I would happily stay here again on any future trips to Brighton.

Our stay at marks place was perfect! Great value, really helpful host (at one point we locked ourselves out but mark responded immediately and was very helpful), clear instructions for checking in and out! The place itself was lovely, lots to do nearby, about a minute from sea front! Will definitely use again!

I have been at the flat with a friend to celebrate our 20 year anniversary of Brighton. What shall I say - the vibe of 2005 was still there, also due to the fabulous flat. Everything was as we expected it. Not to far away from the Centre of Brighton but qiet enough to sleep well. Clean, enough space for two to sleep separately. I recommend the admiral pub around the corner for the first or the last beer of the day. Thank you for your host. Highly recommendend!

This was the second time we have stayed at Simons wonderful flat and hopefully it won't be the last. A beautiful flat in a fantastic, peaceful location with an ocean view and a balcony. Everything you could want, highly recommended.

My husband and I really enjoyed this space. The views of the shore and water were stunning and peaceful. There were plenty of places to walk to in the surrounding area including a lovely park. Our host was very welcoming and responsive. He gave us the helpful tip of pre-booking a taxi from the airport which we did both ways. That saved us a lot of stress. We had everything we needed in the condo. I even cooked dinner one evening just to see if I could cook in a British kitchen! It was a success. We would happily stay in this space again and highly recommend it.

Julie’s studio was perfect for my needs - great location for walking into / around Kemptown and Brighton town centre. I’d been told it was a busy area and might be noisy at night but I found it quiet and peaceful in the flat - no noise from the street at all, maybe because it’s at the back of the building. Some great coffee shops and cafes on the same street and 2 mins walk to the seafront and pier! And Julie was super helpful, accommodating, and responsive. A great find.

Abi’s place was great. A large apartment conveniently situated for the beach, restaurants and bus stop for number 6 bus from the train station. Highly recommended and would love to stay again. This was my 3rd Airbnb in Brighton and by far the best !
