Escape to the seaside, and come and stay at our lovely, spacious 2 bedroom victorian house. The bright & sunny, centrally located house is just moments from the seafront and the pier in Kemptown. The Lanes and all major attractions are just a short walk away. High ceilings, a modern kitchen and huge bathroom with big, free-standing bath & separate rainforest shower. There are two big bedrooms, one with a king size bed and one double. Plus there is a small double sofa-bed in the living room.

Self-contained annex - private entrance/hall leading to kitchen/living area, bedroom with en-suite shower room. At the front of the house, its comfortable, stylish, bright and airy - provides a perfect getaway in Saltdean, which is a 15 min drive to Brighton, 10 min walk to the beach/ The Downs. There is no washing machine/Sky TV…annex is within the house so there may be minimal daytime noise (nighttime foxes!). I work but am available outside of work hrs if/when needed. Heating fixed at 21.

The Garden Room

The annex is a detached building with a key safe and separate entrance situated in a very quiet part of the historic county town of Lewes. There is very little passing traffic and as we’re on the outskirts it’s about a 20 mins walk to the centre of the town but are very close to the South Downs, a 5 minute walk away and the gateway to the South Down way and the National Park. (Smoking only allowed outside) Close to Brighton and good access to public transport and a main line to London.

Central Apartment by the sea!

This lovely apartment is right in the action. On your doorstep you have Brighton's nightlife, amazing cafes, bars & restaurants. It's a super short walk to the city centre and you're only a stones throw away from the beach, parks, and gardens You'll love my place because of the location. It is a home with all the amenities. Expect a comfy bed, and a warm welcome! Please note, due to the flat's central location it can be a bit 'lively' during the weekend! There will be some noise.

Kemptown Victorian Terrace House

A lovely three bedroom family house in a quiet residential area with open plan living space downstairs. There are two double bedrooms, and a single bedroom. There is also a cloakroom on the first floor. The house is only 300m from the beach via steps as Madeira lift is closed due to covid. Please be aware that car parking is not available at the property but I will explain where you can park nearby for £9.20 per full day. I have never raised my price for busy periods.

Regency Garden Flat 2 mins from sea, cafes + pubs!

A loved Regency-style family home situated 2 mins walk from the seafront, Brunswick Square and St Ann's Well Gardens (park), with a whole array of cafes, pubs and eateries within a 5 minute stroll. 10-15mins walk from Brighton mainline station, and Brighton's infamous Lanes independent shopping area. Lovely big windows, large living area with open fire, 1 double + 1 small single bedroom, and good size garden to relax in the afternoon and evening sun.

Take walks along the Beach and enjoy a candlelit bath in the large deep tub and end the day in a velvet sleigh-bed! This is a beautiful and safe space.
