There is a secluded small garden for those wanting an outside space, a fabulous open-plan living area with magnificent period features as well as modern kitchen and 3 beautiful bedrooms.

The house with the red door is a little gem. Nestling in Seven Dials full of cafes, restaurants, delis, eclectic shops and only a 20 minute walk from Brighton city centre, shops, theatres, mainline station and seafront, this cosy townhouse, bursting with character is a must stay! Warm and cosy in the winter months with an open log fire and light and airy in the summer months with a lovely courtyard garden. Parking is free for 1 car and pets are welcome. A complimentary hamper for longer stays.

This 1830s large townhouse in the heart of Brighton is the place to stay! Spread over 4 floors there are 3 bedrooms, 1 with a sea view. 2 bathrooms. A large kitchen diner with room to lounge, TV room with Netflix and Sky and a south facing patio. This house can sleep up to 8 with a small sofa bed in the lounge. We can also provide a cot bed and highchair. You have the use of a washing machine and many home comforts. Great location with everything in walking distance. Towels and linen included.

This exceptional property is perfectly located in the heart of Brighton. It is within walking distance to the city centre, with the famous lanes for shopping just a stone through away. The property is also in Walking distance to Kemp Town with its quirky shops and delicious eateries. Not forgetting the Brighton Marina. Perfect for the family and friends.

Kemptown Victorian Terrace House

A lovely three bedroom family house in a quiet residential area with open plan living space downstairs. There are two double bedrooms, and a single bedroom. There is also a cloakroom on the first floor. The house is only 300m from the beach via steps as Madeira lift is closed due to covid. Please be aware that car parking is not available at the property but I will explain where you can park nearby for £9.20 per full day. I have never raised my price for busy periods.
