I had an absolutely fantastic experience during my stay! The flat was fully equipped with all the essentials and was in impeccable condition. Rebekah is a great host, made everything effortless; she was incredibly helpful and always quick to respond whenever I had a question. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone seeking a stay in the area. You won't be disappointed.

Great communication with the owner. Had an excellent stay with my family for a couple of nights. Indoor pool was enjoyed by all. Ideal location with Brighton only 10 minutes away.

We had a great long weekend stay here to celebrate a special birthday. The weather was good so the grandchildren made full use of the pool, huge garden and tennis court - as did some of the adults. House was very clean and well equipped. Very peaceful and secluded setting - everyone said they would love to come back again.

The barn was beautiful, we had such a lovely stay. The decor was stunning and there was lots of special touches that made our stay more comfortable. Michelle was very good at communicating with us and the main owner of the barn met us on out first day and gave us lots of useful information regarding the barn the sites and walks around the area. We would definitely love to come back in the future.

This is an accurately described, beautiful home in idyllic countryside. The house is spacious and very stylishly furnished with vintage furniture and artwork. Ideally there would be one or two more bathrooms with showers - we knew this before staying of course - it just means more planning of showering with a larger group of people staying. We especially loved relaxing in the garden room with the gorgeous views of the garden and rolling hills beyond. We were incredibly lucky with the weather so definitely made the most of having a pool and pizza oven and BBQ. And we picked fresh figs off the tree by the pool, delicious! The kids loved the trampoline and table tennis. Enzo was great and prompt at communicating with us. We appreciated the local recommendations - we enjoyed lunch at the Jolly Sportsman, coffee at Cafe du Jardin and a mooch around all the antiques shops in Lewes. A very comfortable house to enjoy with three generations of our family.

We had a wonderful stay here with our son and two grandsons. The snooker table, table tennis and tennis court provided endless entertainment. A delightful property and location. Nicola was both welcoming and responsive to any questions

When I booked I did not realise it was Pride weekend. Great vibe in Brighton, but was relieved to be slightly outside the hustle and bustle. The apartment worked well for us. We love to play tennis and utilised the public tennis court across the road. The busses into Brighton is frequent and 24 hours. A freshly baked vegan banana bread with butter and almond milk was waiting for us on Check in and a lovely red wine. Communicating with Susan was so easy - answered within minutes. Will stay here again.

What a fantastic place to stay! We throughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to return. From the cottages, the staff to the pool & jacuzzi .. absolutely fantastic. We couldn’t have hoped for more. We were a large party and asked for a later check out time. Kildare was very accommodating, which was very appreciated. Thank you Kildare!

This house was absolutely beautiful. I came to stay in Brighton with my mum, sister and 2 daughters, The house was gorgeous, better than the photos! Would definitely stay here again! 5⭐️

Tamsin was great and responded very promptly. A lovely welcome basket was appreciated after a long flight as well as an early check in. The house was perfectly located between town and my family so we could get everywhere without a car as parking is not easy in Brighton.

Benjamin’s house is extremely convenient. It is a spacious house whilst being very cozy. It’s equipped with everything you need which was great for travelling with a family. The house is perfectly located, close to everything including train station without feeling too busy as the house is quietly tucked away. Benjamin was a great host and I highly recommend this airbnb.

Lovely stay in the flat - place was clean and tidy and felt right at home. Buses are within a 5 min walk so getting into Brighton town centre/beach by public transport was easy. 10/10 would stay here again

Lovely, cosy house with everything I needed for an enjoyable work trip to Brighton. Super-quiet despite being in the heart of Brighton. J was helpful and responsive. Hope to stay here again the next time I visit Brighton!

Fabulous house, nice location to mooch into town through Kemptown or down to the beach. Kate was a very helpful and communicative host and we had an all round great stay!

Great location, nicely renovated house with a good sized kitchen and dining area. I stayed with my daughter and we had a great time exploring the Laines with this as our base!

Joanne was very quick with replies and the communication was always very friendly and helpfull. The accommodation was clean, cozy and very lovely. It is in a nice and quite neighbourhood in an buzzling and very colourfull city, full of good vibes. We travelled with kids and the accommodation was perfect for that. The small „garden“ was a nice place to hang out. A nice place to be. Thank you! Hope we will be back.

This accommodation was perfect for our long stay in Brighton. It was in a central area close to lots of cute pubs and also only a less than 10 minute walk to the seafront. It had all the facilities we needed like a washing machine and dishwasher. The host was extremely helpful and offered lots of advice. Would definitely stay there again.

Had a wonderful stay here on our first visit to Brighton. Tim was an amazing host, very friendly and responsive. Location was perfect for walking into town and exploring everything Brighton has to offer. Tim left clear instructions for check in and was very accomodating throughout our stay. We had an amazing stay for my Husband’s birthday and the property did not disappoint! It was so beautifully decorated and very clean. Laura was also a fantastic host and answered all questions immediately. Thank you so much for giving us such a great weekend and for the extra surprise gift for my husband. We had the best time and will definitely be back soon.

This home was beyond our expectations for what we wanted for a fun chilled hen weekend, plenty of space for us all, beautiful home with excellent facilities, lots of special touches, brilliant communication from host who had lots of local business and activity information to share with us, provided some lovely freebies and was flexible with the check in time, would absolutely recommend and hope we can go back again sometime soon!

Loved staying here for The Great Escape. Perfect location and a really lovely home with lots of space and a nice garden, and lots of nice musical touches around the house! Katarina was excellent in helping us with any requests / info. Really recommend!
