Monthly Rentals in Kensington, Brooklyn

Convenient little place with great access to lots of stuff. Only a couple minutes' walk to the subway. Neighborhood is nice; we walked to the mini mart at midnight and never felt unsafe. The rooms were clean and the bed is very comfortable.

My week at Sandra’s place was perfect! I didn’t know what to expect in the neighbourhood but I loved the surroundings and the vibes of the Flatbush area. Sandra and her family are very polite and welcoming, people with great energy. I had my private place to work remotely, which was quiet and peaceful. I was able to cook my meals and use the kitchen, which was ideal to keep myself on my diet. There’s a gym nearby that accepts temporary plans with no contracts (and the owner is super friendly as well). There’s also a big park a few blocks away. There are other guest rooms in the floor but honestly I did not see much of the other guest and had no problems sharing the same bathroom. The laundry place is right by the corner of the street and I was able to do my laundry easily. I will always have good memories of my stay in Brooklyn and I expect to come back to Sandra’s place in the future some day. I can only appreciate her hospitality and the kindness of the people from the region.

Naomi’s place is by far the best Airbnb experience I have had in New York. It’s just 2 blocks from the subway so don’t let the distance from downtown Manhattan discourage you. Very easy subway ride maybe 30 minutes into lower Manhattan. The neighborhood is very quiet (with plenty of easy street parking if you have a car.) This is perfect for longer term stays. Private entrance, private bathroom, laundry facilities. Extremely comfortable bed. Really a home away from home. Naomi is extremely responsive and will go out of her way to make your stay comfortable and welcoming.

We had a great stay! Ken and Julia were so kind and helpful. The rental was exactly as described, the skylights really make the space. All of the basics were available, there were plates, cutlery, tea selection, and a really amazing electric kettle that my mom and I are both purchasing after our trip! The area is nice, safe and easy walk to the subway station. I definitely recommend this rental to others visiting Brooklyn.
